Konastone has cared for my Grandmother for almost a year now and throughout that time the care that she has received has been exemplary. She has been treated with dignity, kindness and all the carers have gone above and beyond to make sure she is happy and looked after. The carers have an excellent understanding of her needs, often checking in with her by phone in addition to the normal visits if she is feeling unwell - nothing is too much trouble. My Grandmother enjoys seeing all of the carers and can have a conversation and a laugh with them; they are always cheerful, friendly and respectful. She is treated as a person, not another 'job to do.' It is fantastic to know she is so well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend Konastone and neither would my Grandmother - we both know how lucky she is to have such excellent carers looking after her.

I am so lucky to have my carers come in every day. They come in the mornings to get me up, they always come in with a smile. I know my day is going to be good. I would like everyone to know they are special to me!

Care and communication are good, things are done very well, tidying up, keeping clothes and washing etc is good. No problems. Would recommend to others.

The staff employed by the Konastone Healthcare company are always polite and caring and take my husband's privacy very seriously. I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone, in fact, it's like have an extended family.

The care my loved one received was faultless and I could not have wished for any better. The whole team went above and beyond. The care was person-centred along with respect and dignity at the centre of everything. I can not thank this team enough for everything they have done and all the support and love shown to all involved. Thank you x

My father has had a few different care homes looking after him over the past ten years but Konastone are by far the best company we have dealt with. Very reliable, in regular contact with myself and constantly updating me on the health and well-being of my father. He was very well looked after and all his needs cared for in a 1st class manor.

The care I received from the team while I was non-weight bearing after my corrective foot surgery was truly excellent. Each person on the team was kind, caring and so very helpful during this very difficult period of my recovery.

My father was treated with dignity and respect at all times. His choices were upheld at all times. My father felt valued and treated as an individual. My father's care needs were complex and demanding. All care staff involved with my father did everything they could to make him comfortable, they were very kind, loving and caring. (Excellent job)

I have always found the quality of care very good. It is good to know that the people genuinely care about their job and go the extra distance to make sure everything is good for the person they are caring for.

Konastone Healthcare Ltd provided care for my mother from April 2017 until her death in November. They have given very strong support and without this, I would not have coped. They have shown a very caring and patient understanding approach which has often been a challenging situation. The care required 2 carers 4 times a day. Konastone Healthcare Ltd has been incredibly reliable and professional and has not missed a single visit. They have also been proactive in preventing problems developing such as bed sores and liaised with district nurses etc. The company is very well run and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

My 21 year old son has a serious disabling condition and he requires continual care and assistance. He has been using the services of Konastone Healthcare for several months on a twice daily basis and enjoys a high standard of care which has not been forthcoming from other agencies used in the past. Outstandingly reliable, super-friendly and courteous staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Affordability is paramount when one is reliant on care and they tick that particular box without question. Total professionalism, whether staff or management, is offered to a high standard. Care actually *means* care with Konastone, so we thanks to the manager and the team! I would highly recommend this care agency without hesitation.

I find the carers so patient and kind, my mother can be difficult at times but they provide the greatest of care. They go way above and beyond their given roles, even during their days off they have taken my mom out and about. I can't think of any other people that I would trust my mother's care with they truly are a godsend. They provide me and the family peace of mind that mom is receiving the best of care. Amazing people.
