I have had Tremenheere Homecare for roughly 4 months. The carers I have are all amazing, they help support me to get out of my home with my children, to exercise regularly and even walk my dog! The management has also been amazing, always responding to any queries or issues I have. Not really sure what I do without the carers! I have used 4 different care agencies in the past and Tremenheere has been the best by far!

A reliable helpful company with carers that care. They are hard-working and their help is exceptional. The Management team will help in any way. I cannot fault the Company in any way. The staff help me to live a normal life.

Tremenheere kindly came to my rescue after I spent an entire year in the hospital. After a home fire literally left me dead! However, after defeating the odds and surviving 66% 3rd and 4th-degree burns, and a 2-month coma no care providers seemed willing to provide me a package. Until Tremenheere discovered me. Since the day of my discharge (September 31st, 2020) the girls at Tremenheere have become the only shining light in a very dark existence. They have replaced the family I've lost. They mean the world to me!

Tremenheere Home Care have been an absolute lifesaver for our family. Our widowed mum in Newlyn has dementia and as she has declined, has been unable to make a hot meal for herself and has few visitors so is lonely. The Manager and her all-female team of carers have been exceptional. Always on time, always kind and considerate, always patient and listening. Mum loves their company and whilst she might have no idea what she had for lunch, it was always prepared by someone who was ‘lovely’. Whenever something doesn’t seem right we are told straight away and find that reassuring. The Manager runs a tight ship and that is reflected in the very high standard of care provided – thank you!

Staff were always cheerful and polite and do their best to help at each visit. They are considerate to the client at all times.

I cannot praise all the staff and carers enough. They have been looking after my Mum (and Dad) for over two years now. My parents always look forward to the carers coming as they are so cheerful and friendly and very efficient. They have been able to give advice where necessary and made sure that I was contacted if there were any concerns. A list of who was coming in each week would be sent to my parents, so that they felt confident in knowing who was due in. The management team have been excellent too in helping with any concerns I had, offering help and advice where appropriate. My Mum now requires a 24-hour live-in carer, so sadly we have had to stop using their services but should my Dad need any help in the future, we would not hesitate to contact Tremenheere first. Thank you again for being so wonderful.

What a genuinely caring, kind and accommodating team of carers. Professionals. I couldn't have wanted for more during the two years they looked after my father. He was always happy to see them and I know they went to great lengths to make him feel special. Communication with management was easy. There was always somebody at the end of the phone and willing to help if I called. At times they went above and beyond the call of duty, helping me as well as my father. I am so grateful to all of them. Thank you very much Tremenheere Home Care.

The manager manages an excellent care service. Our friend was able to stay in her home for a long period, thanks to the care and kindness she received from her team of carers. As her dementia condition worsened, our friend's moods grew more difficult to predict and her needs varied on a daily basis. However, the manager and her team responded flexibly to these changes and always treated her with respect and helped her maintain her dignity. The fact that despite many staffing issues and the problems caused by Covid 19, the manager always ensured our friend had regular daily visits and that all her carers were capable and kind.

The carers are extremely lovely - cheerful and chatty. We look forward to seeing them morning and evening. They are good and kind and very patient.

A warm greeting at my door. Patient, caring attitude. Attention to detail, knowledgable, thorough and willing to undertake all reasonable tasks. A professional attitude. A valuable service operating over a wide area. Reliable very useful as a stepping stone from hospital to health and general independence. For those who live alone this bright, cheerful start to the day inspiring confidence.

Tremenheere Home Care have not only given both my in-laws excellent care with their kindness and professionalism, they have taken so much pressure away from myself and my partner (our own health has been poor lately), Words cannot express how wonderful the carers and staff are, they are the true meaning of angels. The manager is always understanding and eager to help in any eventuality, so information flows in both directions smoothly. My in-laws have had carers for some time now, they are both in their 90's, and can be uncooperative at times. The care my in-laws get is above any standard I've ever seen and twice a week a carer takes them out for two hours. This review just can't describe how much Tremenheere has improved my in-law's functionality and wellbeing, and that of myself and their daughter.

I have found Tremenheere Care to be responsive, adaptable and kind. My mother says they have changed her life and she looks forward to their visits. They are willing to help with meals, cleaning, taking her out, etc etc. I really couldn’t ask for more for my mum!

I started having care from this company in March 23/19 on coming out of Hospital. I have had no reason to ever complain. The workers who visit me are always happy and help with anything I need. They are always on time and a pleasure to see them as I am housebound, so nice to chat while they work. The owner is always very helpful on the phone. I am more than pleased with this company.

I am extremely pleased with the care I am receiving. The carers go above and beyond requirements and are most efficient. The manager is 'hands on' and shows great concern for my welfare. I receive a very helpful timetable each week listing attendance times and names of carers due to call. I also find the 'rehab' element of care visits vital to my recovery.
