My mother and myself are very happy with the carer and I am happy with
the manager - speaking with her on the phone has always been a positive
experience and having met her in person I feel I have been heard and
that she is very thorough and aims to please and go above and beyond to help.

I'm a new service user to Highland Care. It beggars belief that this
organisation has obtained a good rating by the CQC as some of the very
basic requirements have not been met. The organisation itself seems to
operate on an antiquated, fossilised approach to providing care to its
users. Since becoming a client of their organisation I've had no
meetings with senior or lower management to discuss my needs or
requirements. Let alone looking at the environment their care staff are
working in. No assessment has been done. Although some of the actual
work staff are very good they seem to be far and few in-between which
also relate to the allocation team. In this day and age, these methods
of providing care for vulnerable clients are draconian. The
organisation seems to be providing care for financial gain.
