View Full Details of Angelic Healthcare LtdAngelic have been caring for my 97 year old mother since August last year when she broke her arm after a fall. The carers have always come at the allotted times and treated my mother with kindness, patience and respect, and have been in contact with me when there were any needs or concerns beyond their remit. My mother has come to regard them almost as friends, and has enjoyed their company.
The care received from Angelic Care has been exceptional - especially given the complex circumstances of our son the service user. We had the same carer throughout. She was outstanding. She was prompt, sensitive, caring, vigilant and professional - a pleasure to welcome into our home. Her care and sense of humour made such a difference to our son which we all appreciated. The office staff were always available to talk to and nothing was too much trouble. They also were prompt, polite and professional in their approach and responses. We have had experience of care providers in the past so can honestly attest to the high quality we have experienced with Angelic care. Thank you for making such a difference to us. Highly recommended.
I found the agency very professional and caring. They went out of their way to help my Mum who had fractured her back and needed a lot of care in the beginning. The carer they sent was knowledgable, kind, caring and very patient. They also went out of their way to try and send the same carer to make her care consistent. I could not have asked for a better person to look after my Mum, we felt lucky and blessed.
Angelic Healthcare looked after my father who suffered from CJD and sadly passed away on April 13th, 2022. From the first day, I could see that the carers that visited us had a passion for caring and were professional, kind, and friendly. My dad always had a smile on his face when he saw them and that was very important to us. They are true Angels and our family will always have a place in our hearts for the wonderful carers that visited us. It gave us great comfort that my dad was in caring hands and these wonderful Angels were so patient with him, also giving us time to attend to other things while they looked after my dad. The name Angelic Healthcare is the perfect name. It is always worrying when you have to have a close family member to be cared for but after meeting our carers our minds were totally at rest, we couldn't have asked for a better team of carers. Not forgetting the management team in the office who were so supportive, caring, and accommodating. God bless you all.
My lovely mum was brought home for end-of-life care, and we had 3 carers come to help my sister and I with mum's care. The manager was so lovely when we spoke, and the carers mum had were beyond amazing! We cannot give them any faults. Such amazing ladies. They were so happy, and that energy fed through to us as a family. My dad couldn't be more grateful to the ladies. We honestly cannot thank you all for making a very hard time a little easier. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
I can honestly say that, in the true sense of the word 'Angelic', this team of carers is outstandingly run and truly cared for my mother. When the local council's agency did not meet our requirements, Angelic took over and supported my mum with a near 24 hr care provision. The answer was never no but "let us see how we can work together". If ever I had a query I texted at ungodly times and I did not expect an immediate reply but always got one; I got daily updates from the carers and they tried to reflect what we wanted for my mother. Most importantly they came when they said and at times left later than they were supposed to. Thank you Angelic, you are amazing people and great ambassadors for the care sector.
I would like to thank the manager and our regular care workers that used to come and visit my dad. He was in palliative care and with the help of the carers, he is now doing well! They would adapt to his changing needs as he became more and more independent. We are grateful for your help and love how you became part of the family during the time my dad needed you. Would definitely recommend.
Our Mother was at end of life care when your agency took on our dear Mother's care. We cannot tell you the distress your carer caused! Totally substandard care. The carer could not do the most basic of care. eg. medication, how to handle a patient kindly when washing them. She had never even heard of incontinence pads and was certainly tired all the time and needed to rest as much as possible. We had to ask a previous carer to help out.
The carer was extremely helpful and used her experience and intuition to know exactly what my mother needed. My mother was very independent and resisted help initially, but she was very patient and would use encouragement and fun to help my mother agree so she would be safe. After several weeks of 24-hour care, there was a lot of sharing stories, jokes and laughter which made my mother's experience of care easier and far more manageable. Thank you to her and the understanding of the staff at the office and at the assessment.
I live abroad, an only child and my dear mother was 93 years old and in need of full-time, live-in care as well as special night time care. I could not fly to London because of the Coronavirus. I knew I had to find a really good agency and Angelic was recommended to me by a friend. My experience with Angelic was so good, words cannot describe. I was able to talk to the managers at all times and if I had a problem they listened. We discussed the changing situation of my mother's needs. The live-in carer they sent us was so very special. She was kind and understanding, sensitive and loving and extremely professional at all times. I could not have asked for a better person to accompany my mother in her last weeks of life. She held my mother's hand and stroked her hair as she passed away. They both whispered Adonai (God) and prayed together. Thank you Angelic.
We were blessed to have the three carers we had assigned to take care of our beloved dad. They were truly angels sent to help during our most troubling time. They went above and beyond to make sure that dad was clean, comfortable and content. They carried out their duties with good humour, unlimited patience and real grace, they became an extension of our family and we are forever grateful to them.
I can only say thank you to all the staff for looking after my mum for over 3-years. The manager and the care workers would go that extra mile to help my mother if there was a problem. They would always be there at short notice when I called them, and we did. I would give Angelic Healthcare a five-star rating and thank them again for all their support to my mum.
Thank you to the manager and staff for all the help, support and advice you have provided at this so very difficult time for our family. The staff are kind, sensitive, considerate, warm and friendly. We are grateful to each and every one of you. Thank you!
Angelic Healthcare helped me care for my mother in her last few months and I could not have done it without them. My mother's carers were exemplary with a special mention to a certain member of staff (sorry no jerk chicken)! I would highly recommend them and would use them again if needed. Don't go anywhere else.
I was very happy with the service provided by Angelic Healthcare for my 100-year-old mother during the final 10 weeks of her life. After she suffered a stroke and was moved to our house, having spent 7 weeks in various hospitals, it was essential that a suitable care package could be implemented, as she had become completely bed-bound. My mother required 4 visits by 2 carers every day, and Angelic Healthcare were able to provide this immediately. The carers did everything that I expected of them and treated my mother with kindness, dignity and respect at all times. The manager was always at the end of a phone to deal with any problems and always ensured that cover was provided in the rare event that any of the scheduled carers were unable to attend. So thank you Angelic Healthcare for helping me and my wife to look after my mother and provide her comfort when she most needed it.
For many months I have received excellent care. My needs are complex and I much appreciated having the same carer on a daily basis, which enabled us to get to know each other as friends, and have a good chat each day whilst the carer helped me to wash and dress. The manager is very approachable and her out of hours contact works well; she was understanding when I had to change care visits in order to attend early hospital appointments. On rare occasions when my nominated carer was unavailable, the manager quickly arranged for someone else to come and attend to me. Top marks for an efficient, kindly service with carers who treated me with gentleness and respect.
The care provided for my father (an hour a day to help him get washed and dressed) was excellent. He had a dedicated carer (except for one day a week when a carer he knew replaced her) who was punctual and treated him with respect and compassion. He welcomed her visits not only for the care given but because it provided company, with the carer engaging him in conversation and showing an interest in him and his family.
A wonderful care agency, we trust them absolutely and they accommodated us at short notice and with some quite specific needs. The manager is highly recommended as are the care workers, who were very gentle and kind. We thoroughly recommend Angelic Healthcare.
Very smooth and helpful service, all of the things which matter was covered very well, consistency of care, communication, kindness, understanding, flexibility. Would not hesitate to recommend, and very grateful for the support they provided.
A big thank you to the staff at Angelic Healthcare for the excellent care they provided to my elderly mother in the last ten days of her life at home. Sadly, she was admitted into hospital after that and passed away peacefully another ten days later. It was a huge relief to have maximum care and support at this critical time at home where Mum wanted to be during the final stages of her illness.
