My use of caring care began in September 2024 and I have seen about 20 different carers in this time, all of which have been friendly, efficient and helpful. None have ever refused any of my requests.

I have been using this provider for nearly 4 years. Staff are caring and professional. My mother is looked after carefully by all the 6 carers that come to her. The carer requested by me are the regulars I want to have continuity of care. Me and my mum have a bond with these carers. Office staff are co-operative and always wanting to go the extra mile.

We have been using caring care services since my mother in law had a stroke a year ago. We cannot fault the service and car we get. All carer's have been very good in handling and understanding mum's needs. Carer's are well presented and well spoken. The management team have been supportive and are always doing regular reviews, which is a good way to discuss any issues's and services being provided.

My main carer is superb and looks after all my needs. She also keeps on top of my physical health making sure when I need to use my 'telecare assistance needed; button that I do call for help and keeps a check on assistance being used as necessary. I am currently on the virtual ward all because of my main carers insistence that I call for help. I am being treated for a chest infection and bronchial pneumonia.

My only gripe is to do with people who do the planing of carers visits. Myself I have a few problems where the carer tells me they are visiting me on next day then its someone else. I need stability in my life as seizures have affected my brain and structure needs to be constant so chopping and changing carers is not helping before I had one main carer apart from his day off I understand the pressure on carers but people who do planing not so much the client gets to understand a carer and have a problem with them.

We have very good carers, they are very polite and helpful. They have encouraged my father very much and have helped his recovery lots. They talk to him with respect. Have a very good rapport with him. Nothing is too much for most of the careers They ask him about his life, whilst doing things with him. He is very happy and we are very happy with the girls and I need to mention one staff member in particular is an asset to your company. If everyone shadows her, your company will go a long long way. She is kind, respectful, thoughtful and dad really loves her which is helping his recovery immensely.

The carers we have are 1st class. Caring, respectful, kind and very hard-working. They all make sure we are looked after. Excellent. All work very hard.

My mother has mobility and health issues which require daily assistance, help and support with everyday tasks from personal hygiene, preparing and serving food and drinks, and assisting in putting on and removing lymphedema stockings. The staff that attend are well presented, very polite and friendly.

Being cared for by Caring Care is like being part of a family. Everyone brings something to my day. The carers are skilled not only in the time with my personal hygiene but also in my well-being. They are without exception a wonderful team. My needs change and they engage with me. They go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need for the day. Their skills in personal care are excellent. Even if I have an accident I feel really upset, they take it in their stride and never make a fuss, my comfort is all they care about. If I have early appointments they make sure I am ready to get there, I have struggled to find the words I want to say but some know what it is about Caring Care that is so special. They give me 'self-worth' caring care and more - that's what you get - Thank you.

My mom became poorly in November 2023, your company was recommended by the hospital. I honestly cannot recommend your company highly enough, definitely 5 stars! The staff were amazing, and so caring towards my mother and myself. I couldn't have left her in better hands. They were compassionate, caring, and polite. I can't praise them enough, thank you!

The carers who have looked after me since I had my fall, breaking my neck and damaging my spine, have been very caring and kind. I have only praise for how I have been cared for by all the staff who have attended to me, in hospital and especially your staff at Caring Care.

Outstanding carers who excel what is expected, couldn't do without them, my mom has been cared for by them for 4 years now. Would never change to another company, they treat my mom like family while seeing to all her needs and more.

My carer is doing a brilliant job caring for me. He is always kind and considerate and goes above and beyond with everything he does. He is always happy to chat about everything. He is conscientious, and sensitive, especially with my 'nuisances' (arthritis).

My father has been supported by caring care following hospital discharge for several months. The service received has been good to exemplary with some staff going the extra mile. The team is friendly, professional, and helpful and the quality of care provided is exceptional.
