Outstanding Care and Compassion I cannot thank Chiltern Healthcare enough for the incredible care they provided for my mother. From the very beginning, their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine compassion stood out, making a world of difference in her well-being. Compared to our previous experience, the level of care and dedication was exceptional. A special mention must go to one lady, whose kindness, efficiency, and commitment went above and beyond. She ensured my mum's needs were always met with the utmost respect and attention, offering not just care but true companionship. It was reassuring to know that Mum was in such good hands, with a team that truly cares. I wholeheartedly recommend Chiltern Healthcare to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their loved ones. Thank you for everything you have done for my mother and our family!

Chiltern staff were amazing from the get-go. My grandad has suffered a minor stroke and needed extra help in taking care of his meals and medication. From the initial visit to a suitable care plan, they were very accommodating and helpful. Their carers became part of the family and treated my grandad as if he were their own. Everything was done on time with the utmost professionalism. We will always be thankful for what they've done for us and would highly recommend Chiltern Healthcare.

Happy with the level of care my father receives. It leaves my family with good peace of mind. The staff are always on hand for a call if you have any concerns, and they notify me if there are any problems.

Choosing a care agency for my nan was a daunting task, but our experience with Chiltern Healthcare has been wonderful. From our first interaction, we were welcomed with warmth and compassion. The staff at Chiltern Healthcare are not just caregivers; they genuinely care about each client. They treat my nan with such kindness and respect, always making sure she's comfortable and happy. They keep us updated on how she's doing and any changes in her care, which gives us great peace of mind. The support they provide is outstanding. My nan loves the time she spends with her caregivers and participates in various activities that keep her engaged and smiling. What really makes Chiltern Healthcare special is the sense of family they create. We know my nan is not just being looked after, but truly cared for. Two carers, in particular, are the most helpful kind carers that my dad has had since his release from hospital last year. They are compassionate, and respectful and have built up a good rapport with my dad and my mum. I am so grateful to them especially as I live 3 hours away. These gentlemen have set the bar for what care should be. I can't recommend this company enough from assessment to speaking to the office, you are treated with kindness as it is difficult for families to deal with elderly frail in body and mind parents sometimes, and, knowing they are looked after is a huge relief.

Some exceptional members of staff who provide excellent care, are let down on occasions by the odd poor staff member. The South Regional Manager should be noted, for her outstanding care and attention to my mum. She often went above and beyond and made a real positive difference to my mum's well-being and life.

It may be a cliché to score Chiltern eleven out of ten but that's how we feel! My 104-year-old mum has been compassionately and professionally cared for by them for nearly two years and, in all that time, my brother and I have not had a single cause for comment other than regular praise. His wife used to be in 'the care world' and would be quick to spot any shortcomings - but there aren't any! When Mum recently spent a few days in hospital, we were worried that we might lose the continuity, but 'the office' liaised with the hospital and was ready to step back in as soon as she was discharged. Sadly, Mum is sinking into short-term memory loss which is challenging but the carers always treat her with sincere dignity, patience and deep appreciation of her difficulties. My brother lives many miles away, and I have my own health problems, so it is highly reassuring that Chiltern are always there doing the job. They relieve the burden of stress that would otherwise be on our shoulders.

Chiltern scores 'top marks' and more! They had provided excellent care for a relation for 18 months when my wife's MS progressed suddenly. Within just a few hours' notice, management had arranged a care package to take care of her until we had a Council Assessment a few days later. The carers are genuinely caring and treat my wife with sincere dignity and respect when needed. Their 'joviality' keeps her spirits up, which, for her, is a difficult period. They go above and beyond simply 'doing a job' - they are always on the lookout for anything 'unusual' and often prevent problems from starting. They encourage her to drink and are always mindful of 'not wasting' any of the resources (bed sheets etc). They always turn up when they say they will and never forget when we have requested an earlier or later visit to avoid appointment clashes - I only need to tell them once and it 'goes to the memory bank'. And I will never fail to give my wife her tablets as they are 'on to me' every morning!

My sister receives care from Chiltern Healthcare. The care providers listened carefully to our needs concerning her and continue to provide optimum care and support. They're professional and go above and beyond expectations. Super impressed.

Right from the start everyone, especially the carers, has been amazing. Trusting someone to help care for a loved one can be difficult for so many reasons. Chiltern has made us feel supported and safe every step of the way. They provide my nan with such amazing care, always treating her with dignity and respect, but more importantly like a person. She has a new lease of life and I joke with her that she gets more excited to see her carer than me. But that goes to show how incredible they are and the high standard of service they provide. Everyone, from the carers to the office staff, is kind and compassionate and really takes the time to listen. They truly go above and beyond with the service they provide, and I can not thank them enough.

Amazing and hard-working individual who always puts 101% into everything she does. Especially when taking care of vulnerable individuals. She's reliable, trustworthy, and very caring. I will definitely recommend the company to family and friends because of this client.

We, as a family, are very happy with the care Mum receives from the carers. One member of staff, in particular, has become a part of our family and Mum feels very at ease with them and the other carers who work alongside her.

The standard of care my bed-bound mum is receiving is fantastic. The whole team of carers treat her with respect and patience to help her remain dignified in very trying circumstances. They go above and beyond what we expect and Mum's mental health has noticeably improved. We are very grateful and would totally recommend you to those in need.

I experienced wonderful support and care for my sister during her end-of-life journey. The professional and loving care from all the carers in my sister's home was excellent and faultless. The response to the changing situation including interaction with other care providers for professional services, pharmacy, NHS Surgery or specialist nursing was seamless and well managed to an agreed care plan. I would have no hesitation in recommending this organisation.

When my mother-in-law needed help to continue living at home I engaged Chiltern Healthcare to help her with breakfast, lunch and bedtime routine and this has helped enormously as I live too far away to assist regularly. The carers are superb, friendly and chatty and they are cooking some delicious food. Everything about the company has been efficient and organised and I would highly recommend them to others.

Huge thank you to Chiltern Healthcare for taking care of a family member. It was amazing, no complaints. Was provided with excellent carers by the team leader and she herself was a big pleasure. We are relocating due to house move, we are very sad to be leaving. Thank you for everything.

Living in Canada and being able to visit a couple of times a year, it gives great comfort to know my brother is in very caring hands, especially his morning carer are so helpful, always friendly and does that bit extra. His carer, who does his shopping and takes him to the gym each week, is always very nice and caring. Thanks to all the staff that take care of my brother.

Chiltern have been visiting dad for the last 3 years to help care for his severe disabilities. All the carers who are involved in my dad's care are very knowledgeable, provide clear feedback on any concerns or changes and above all very caring towards him. My dad is familiar and settled with the carers and they follow his routine as required. They are a key component in keeping my dad well during his terminal illness.
