I would just like to say a huge thank you to the lovely carers that have been involved in looking after my mum and dad over the last year. They have both shown great empathy and care towards my mum who suffers with advanced dementia and they have also been so supportive of my dad as he has struggled to cope with the worsening situation of his wife of 65 years. They have been truly amazing and I couldn't have managed without them!

I am pleased with the quality of carers provided by Home Instead. They are warm, kind and caring who treat my dear husband with respect and dignity and make an effort to engage him in conversation - which can be quite challenging.

Home Instead have provided a wonderful live-in carer for my father and stepmother for the past six weeks. Although having someone living in the house was a new concept for them, she quickly won their trust with her warmth and empathy. I have been especially impressed with her ability to provide the necessary assistance sensitively and respectfully. Her experience and professionalism put everyone at ease, creating a sense of security and comfort. The staff at the Home Instead office bent over backwards to accommodate our needs at short notice. We can't thank you enough.

Home Instead stepped in for the last week or so of my mother's life to help the care company we were using. All of the Home Instead ladies were just great and very helpful in quite tricky circumstances at times. They always did more than was expected of them.

I have received excellent service from most of my carers. However, there are just a very few who do not provide the service of the others. When asked to do the simplest of tasks one said she had never done it and so she couldn't do it. I have also found that when asked to pass a message either from carer or client or the reverse, the messages are not always passed on. My experience with Home Instead has been a very happy one and I am not looking forward to the day when I have to cope alone.

We are delighted with the quality of care offered by Home Instead. The admin staff are efficient and always at the end of the telephone when needed and the carers, without exception, are consistently thoughtful and kind to my husband and their attention to detail is to be commended. We are very grateful to you all and really do appreciate the excellent service offered on a daily basis. Ours thanks to you all.

Following several periods in hospital, the team from Godalming have been instrumental in assisting my father's recovery to lead a comfortable life. One staff member in particular and her team consistently offer feedback after each visit via the online portal, ensuring that you're always informed of any updates or changes. Home Instead have been caring for my father for 18 months now. The staff and caregivers are always friendly and efficient and make an effort to engage my Dad in a conversation around a subject they know he enjoys. They have brought in their own books and go that little bit further with the service provided.

At a very difficult and emotional time we found Home Instead to be incredibly supportive. During the early part of this year and with being a key worker it was impossible to get to see mum. Home Instead really stepped in to make sure that mum didn't feel alone. Mum told me over the phone that lovely people that came to help really made her days pleasant and bearable. I think she almost looks forward to their visits more than mine. I cannot thank Home Instead enough for all they do for mum. Thank you.

Home Instead was assisting my mother, who is 92, once a day to help with cooking hot meal. My mother was able to look after herself in all other respects. Dementia was her issue, and its progression was slow, fortunately. Her second vaccination came along, and well the shock to the system had my mother hospitalised 8-hours later. They could not find anything wrong, but clearly, there was as my mother was incapable of walking any longer, let alone being able to care for herself. So immediately, there was a need for a lot more care. Home Instead (Godalming) moved heaven and earth, and the next day, they had carers coming in 3 times a day with myself and my sister assisting them wherever possible. The ladies that then started to come along were all exceptional, as of course, was the original carer when it was care needing to be administered just once a day. Fortunately, we able to find a home for a mother to go to quite quickly. Thank you, Home Instead.

I have been delighted with the quality of care offered by Home Instead, Godalming. The carer has been kind, caring and extremely sensitive to my mother’s needs, and a great encourager to my father too. I can not praise the professionalism of this company enough - from the management to individual carers who go above and beyond every time. The difference of just having one carer over the week has been very positive and vital for my mother who has mixed type dementia. My thanks to Home Instead!

Amazing company and carers. Home Instead (Godalming) looked after my mum after she had a stroke and needed help with her personal care. She was always treated with dignity, respect and the carers were matched perfectly as there was plenty of talk about during their visits.

Our experience with Home Instead has been extremely positive. The manager met me and took a lot of time and care in understanding my mother's needs before then meeting my mum. I felt reassured by the level of due diligence undertaken. The ladies looking after Mum were caring, friendly, punctual and professional.
