My husband has been looked after by Infinity Home Care for more than three years. From the very first meeting with the management team, we both felt that he would be in good hands. He has two regular carers who provide him with continuity and the highest standard of care. Personal dignity is always maintained. The carers have become like members of the family. They are punctual and we are kept advised of any changes. Our carers are able to tune in to my husband's needs - which can be variable. On bad days they are able to adapt what they do accordingly. Even on bad days, my husband benefits from the staff's gentle support and is encouraged by their kindness. The management team is extremely approachable and kind, offering flexibility and extra help when hospital admissions have come our way, and discharges from the hospital happen without much warning. We have found all the staff to be very professional, kind, caring and dedicated. We have no hesitation in recommending Infinity.

Infinity Home Care came to us via personal recommendations, to provide assistance with my late mother's bed bath three times a week. The manager and her excellent team worked tirelessly to reinstall my mother's confidence and dignity in her vulnerable condition (having had a bad experience with another care company previously), providing the highest level of professionalism and genuine care at every visit, from the day they began, through to the culmination with End of Life care. From the personal perspective of my wife and myself (I was my mother's full time carer, we had moved in to provide round the clock care) we found Infinity invaluable. Not only did they handle the intricacies of bed bathing, which were beyond us, but they also came with a fresh joy to each visit which helped to alleviate the stress of being a full time carer. I therefore unreservedly recommend Infinity to anyone who requires the very best in professional Home Care!

My father-in-law had received care from Infinity for around 3 years. They treated him as one of their own and as a person, not an old man. He always had the same carers, who got to know him so well, that they could tell when he needed medical treatment, sometimes before he even realised. This was possible because of the continuity of carers he had, they arrived at the same time every day, and even in the snow, they walked to his home. This was such a help for us, as we couldn't always be on hand at the drop of a hat. We had such confidence in their abilities and couldn't thank them enough for everything they did for my father-in-law and us as a family. We will always remember their kindness, professionalism and support. I feel I should also mention how approachable the office staff were, and how helpful they were every time I phoned or needed support.

Infinity Home Care looks after someone very dear to me and I cannot fault their care. They have a lovely attitude towards everyone and they go over and above what they need to. I would highly recommend this care company.

My mum is new to the care system, but all the staff at Infinity Home Care have made it very easy for us to adapt to. The care they provide is absolutely excellent. Mum always knows who is coming, as she has the same 2 carers every week and at the time they say they're going to arrive. I can not thank them enough. They have enabled me to go back to being Mum's daughter and not her carer. The impact Infinity has had on our family dynamic has changed our lives. Outstanding service, would highly recommend it.

I first had dealings with Infinity Home Care Ltd April 2022 when they came to see an elderly neighbour of mine who needed some help with various things like medication meals and other daily tasks that she was finding difficult to cope with. They came in three times a day and they were brilliant always punctual and reliable very kind and thoughtful making sure that she was safe and were always there to make her feel wanted by having a chat with her before they left. It made such a difference in her life. Sadly she became very frail and needed 24-hour care in a Nursing home. I must say that I have no hesitation in recommending Infinity to anyone who needs care themselves or any of their loved ones. *

The manager and her team looked after my close friend for only a short while as he was terminally ill. They soon made a bond with me and my friend. Firstly, their general care was excellent and reliable. Once matters worsened, they were extremely knowledgeable about his care and what was needed next. They all communicated with the medical staff and me very well, often one step ahead of what happens next. They showed great compassion towards my friend but were professional at all times. His personal care needs were all seen to with dignity and respect. He could not have asked for more. They, as a team, went above and very much beyond what was expected of them, and for that, I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Infinity Care to anyone who is looking for that extra help - no matter how big or small their care needs are. Great carers and professional service. Thank you.

Team Infinity Home Care are excellent! Their support for my auntie is the most professional, caring and supportive. The team always goes above and beyond and adapts their support to address my auntie's many and changing needs, always with respect, dignity and a sense of fun that lifts those tough days and times. Infinity is a competent and personable team at every level. Communication between us all is excellent which for me is particularly key as I don’t live nearby and means that my auntie has seamless support. I can’t speak highly enough of them.

Infinity Home Care has cared for my mum for a few years now, they are second-to-none, lovely carers, five stars aren't enough! The excellent care from all the team has enabled Mum to stay at home, even with her deteriorating needs. Knowing Mum has the same regular carers, who have become more like family, makes it so much nicer for her and the rest of the family. I can't praise Infinity Home Care any higher, other than to say that they are very efficient, reliable, friendly, caring and professional, the list goes on! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Infinity Home Care carers are superb at dealing with the myriad of needs presented by our aunt. They plan the care, routinely review it with the family and adjust to meet the changing needs. They keep in touch by email, phone, text as well as in person to ensure the family is aware and involved in the care of our aunt. I have never been involved in the care system before this but Infinity Home Care Ltd have made this experience a great one. The care staff and the management team are all truly amazing and are all a credit to the job they do. The care staff have enabled my mum to regain her independence whilst also putting her at ease with the things she can't manage. They never rush and always go the extra mile. Nothing is too much for any of them to do. The management are always helpful and there to help or even just listen to me when I need them to. All at Infinity Home Care are honest, kind and truly amazing people. They become more like family every day. Both Mum and I would 100% recommend them.

Infinity Home Care looked after my mum from May 2020 to September 2022. In the time that they helped me and my mum, it was truly a godsend because Mum had many health issues that needed constant attention. They were consistent, kind, reliable and always showed compassion to us both and the rest of our family. They were always on time and in contact if needed. My mum really loved to see all of the carers and they did make a huge difference to her every day. They made her laugh and feel comfortable when she needed it the most. I don't think I could have gotten through the past few years without their experience and much-needed chats. They were consummate professionals throughout and I have nothing but respect and love towards all the carers who looked after Mum. The final weeks were incredibly tough for us all but they never faulted and treated Mum with love and dignity to the end and made the last part of our journey together far easier than it would have been.

My mom ended up having to have care due to her old age, and we were told that this company called Infinity Home Care would be looking after my mom, that was 5 years ago (I think it was 5 years it could be longer) until she passed away in December 2022. All I can say about this company and the staff is that the level of care, compassion, respect, love and support that both my mom and myself received was more than outstanding, they were always cheerful and on time when the visited my mom, spoke to her like an adult, cheered her up and gave her the dignity that she required, when she needed it. They always went above and beyond in their care, and as I live so far away from my mom knowing she was well looked after and cared for meant the world. The staff treated my mom like one of their own family and nothing was too much trouble and you just can't ask for more than that. We were so lucky to find such a loving and caring company with loving and caring staff.

When my wife needed care I reviewed first the current Care Quality Commission review which was very positive and encouraging. From the first telephone call, I was aware I was dealing with a highly professional organisation that responded immediately to my situation. I came to realise that this was a small, local company and therefore all the carers were local and we became part of their family. They always turned up at exactly the times they said they would and in little ways would go that extra mile to look after my wife. The love and care which they provided over the last four months of my wife’s life I could not fault and I believe that I was very lucky to have found such a great company. Not only did they look after their client they also looked after me and gave me the strength to cope with the most stressful time of my life.

The manager and the team at Infinity Home Care have been caring for my Mom for around three years now. Everyone is so caring and conscientious and go above and beyond. My Mom has thrived since being under the care of Infinity Home Care and on top of delivering top-quality care, also offer such a personal and friendly service which comes so naturally to each and every one of the team. What an absolutely brilliant team of people! From the lovely staff in the office to the caring, consistent and conscientious carers that support my husband. They all truly went above and beyond anything I could've expected. A company that truly do all they can to ensure safety, happiness, independence and dignity are at the heart of what they do!
