Excellent care service offered to a demanding, occasionally forthright elderly person. The care means the person can stay in their own home and beloved garden of 60 years plus. The service is responsive and communicates with the family appropriately.

Mum finds all the carers very nice, caring and very kind towards her. They are a tremendous help for her. I find the communication and app excellent, which is a great relief for me.

A star care looked after my grandmother after she was discharged from hospital the care she received was nothing but amazing! Nothing was too much for the carers and they always went above and beyond to ensure the best care was given and the communication between myself and A Star was exactly what I needed to reassure me that she was being well looked after. Would highly recommend it!

A Star Care At Home prove to be very efficient. Only joined the company in March this year but am very happy with the work and services they provide which my husband and I may need in the future, at the moment we just have a cleaning service as my husband is 90 years old and I am 89. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff and complete a satisfactory job.

Exceptional care has been given to my sister for some years now. On 8th of March 2023 she died, with two of the carers present. A* a thoroughly professional and caring company. The family will always be grateful to them, none more so than myself.

At a time of uncertainty for us all, A Star Care were brilliant, they made the sign up process really simple and quickly settled my nerves as this was all new to me and I felt a bit helpless. Since the first day they really have lifted a weight from my shoulders, my Dad loves every one of them and gets excited when they arrive, we could not ask for any more, thank you.

I can't thank the manager and her staff enough. When my dad became poorly we needed extra support. I didn't know where to start looking for additional care for my dad. I found A Star Care At Home and the next day the manager came to assess my dad. She talked us through everything. I really can't thank the manager and her team enough.

Having dealt with many care agencies over the years, I can say with confidence A Star are head and shoulders above the rest. Staff are warm and engaging, yet professional at all times. They always go above and beyond, focusing on how to improve things for the client. Their focus is on providing the best experience possible for their clients. Every interaction with A Star has been positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are polite, courteous, and have a can-do attitude. They are dealing with a complex situation however they make us feel like the most valued clients in the world - it's a joy to deal with them. Thank you!

Overall I am very pleased with the care my husband receives. Staff are very efficient but there is quite a turnover and my husband feels comfortable with the 'regulars'. Sometimes there are issues with the time of arrival and the consistency of timings varies. This is my main issue, I wish they'd arrive more or less at the same time daily, although they try to keep to my preferred times. The staff are very kind and treat my husband with dignity. Thank you.

My grandad was given A Star from the hospital, he didn't want to die in hospital he wanted to be with his family at home. They made sure he was clean and comfy on every visit, not only tending to my grandad but the support they gave us as a family got us through this sad time of our lives. He died with the most amount of dignity we could ask for and it's all because of them! We thank you all so much.

Carers attentive to husband's needs. They ensure he is calm. Speak to him clearly so that he can understand. Always make sure there is nothing more they can do and make sure home has his dignity. Lovely, caring staff.

I have been a service user with A Star Care at Home for 5 years now and cannot fault the care and support they have given and continue to give me on a daily basis, every member of staff is outstanding in their delivery of care towards me and sympathetic to my needs both personal and emotional, the standard of care they provide me is second to none! I can’t praise this company and all their staff enough. Thank you A Star you really are Stars.

I have been lucky enough to be given my angels from A Star, nothing is too much for them, they are becoming like family, can ring at any time to get help and the call is always answered.

I have used this care provider for a few years now I cannot say a bad thing. I look forward to the carers coming daily clock watching. All carers are nice and jolly, they listen to me and support me with daily tasks around the house and personal care. They take their time to talk to me and support me to understand if I have questions.

Any families looking for home care for their loved ones will not be disappointed with A Star Care. Every single person that comes to my mum is caring, pleasant, treat my mum with dignity, kind - all in all, they are all amazing. 5-star service all day long. Excellent care company. Can not fault them.

A Star Care At Home look after my husband and have done since January. We are both disabled and can only remain in our own home because of these carers. I’ve had a few different companies and they are by far the best. They go above and beyond for me and my husband we cannot thank this agency enough for all the support they give us. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Anything I ask it’s done straight away.
