Staff are amazing and very patient with my husband even when he's shouting at them. They chat away to him and have a laugh and a joke with him and I can't fault them at all! They are always extremely polite and understanding

Lead Care has taken care of Mum for over a year. Recently, we had to update her routine after a spell in hospital. They did it seamlessly, and Mum was allowed home. They are kind and compassionate, and we are reassured that Mum is being looked after well.

I have been with Lead Care Services for several years following a stroke I had and needed assistance with personal and daily living care. The service I have received is outstanding, they are accommodating and the carers really do care, they always make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need before leaving you. Well-trained staff for various needs, I trust and highly recommend Lead Care Services to anyone.

Fabulous service Lead Care, they have gone above expectations to help us with Mum. The carers are kind and hard-working. The office recently had to adjust hours without much notice and has accommodated us to help Mum. Overall I am totally satisfied with their services.

We were very apprehensive about having a carer at home, being normally very independent people. The lead personnel were so helpful on the telephone and very reassuring, and it was more than replicated by the lovely, cheerful, hardworking carer who was assigned to us. She is a delight, and we are so lucky to have this help. We take this sort of thing for granted, but we should celebrate this care-at-home service.

Lead Care Services have been looking after my mother for 5 years and we've been delighted with their care all that time. For the last 2 years, mum has been housebound which required the skill of using a hoist for personal care and transfer. I have never had to worry that someone might not turn up. The carers always arrive at the agreed time and are cheerful, helpful and sympathetic to her needs. Mum appreciates all the help they give her and even enjoys the occasional singsong. Management has always been approachable and helpful and responds quickly to any queries I may have. Similarly, if they have any concerns, they will make me aware so we can find a solution. The only reason for terminating the service this month is because at 95 years old my brother and I felt she needed to move to a care home where she would benefit from 24 hour care and company. We will always be grateful for their competence and friendship over 5 years.

We are extremely happy with Lead Care Services, all the carers that look after my daughter are kind, caring, and very attentive to her needs. She has formed a very good relationship with her carers, who she looks forward to seeing everyday. Management is very approachable, understanding, and will go out of their way to support the client and the family. Would recommend to anyone who requires personal care and we feel very happy that we found this agency.

My father has been a client for over a year now and is always happy with the service he gets. The carers always greet him with a cheery smile and approach him in a gentle manner. Overall, as a family we have been pleased with the care my father receives on a daily basis, with some carers going above and beyond to make sure that my father’s needs are always met. The carers are always there to support me too as I am Dad’s principle carer, they will always listen patiently to any of my concerns and are always willing to give me friendly advice. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a carer.

I am so very pleased we chose Lead Care to look after father who is approaching 93. The carers have proved invaluable and father looks forward to seeing them. Nothing is too much trouble and the app is a great way to see what is happening and for keeping in touch as I live 50 miles away. Thank you Lead Care

What I found most useful with Lead Care Services is the care they offer is so flexible and adaptive. The carers are compassionate and protect my grandmother's dignity. The communication is great and the admin team are very friendly and communicate with the utmost respect. We are very pleased and will not hesitate to recommend Lead Care Services.

Having used other agencies who could no longer support our dad we were reluctant about getting yet another domiciliary care provider and we considered residential care. Lead Care Services sounded very different right from the first phone call. The staff and management have all been great. We are 3 weeks in and we are very pleased.

The care my aunt receives from Lead Care Services in Stevenage has been exceptional. This has really changed our lives as we all able to carry on with our lives knowing she is safe. The staff are all kind and warm. The management keeps us all up to date and carry us along. My aunt speaks very highly of the registered manager.
