So my 95 year old mum finally needed some assistance, we were unsure what to expect given some of the reports of care agencies standard. We were lucky to have been allocated Integral they have proved to be fantastic. The staff are professional and caring so win win. This company comes highly recommended to use.

My mum had your carers whilst she had cancer, they were kind caring and trustworthy. They gave my mum dignity and care right to the very end. They supported dad by just talking to him. Sadly my mum has passed away, but with your care, mum was able to pass away peacefully at home as this was her wish. Thank you to all.

Integral have cared for my severely disabled son for over two years now. Their professionalism has always been foremost and the support and care has been outstanding. Working together with our family they really got to know my son and his ways although being non verbal their patience and willingness to learn and understand him has been brilliant. Always friendly, helpful and reliable and flexible too when hours have had to be adjusted due to different care needs or appointments. I cannot sing their praises or thank them enough that their care has been incredible giving our family a much needed break and confidence that my son was in the best care possible.

Superb communication and well-thought-through solutions to my father's home-care needs after a prolonged stay in hospital. The care staff were caring, polite and considerate and the coordinator who oversaw my father's care package was helpful and sympathetic.

Exceptional carers they have gone above and beyond to help me with my housework and supported me emotionally when I have been in severe pain or just having a challenging day. My carer was very supportive of my back re-prolapse. She has comforted me in tears and I have always felt less stressed after she has been. She listens and has a lot of much-needed empathy! The boys who were helping my son's school routine in the mornings were also fantastic. He never failed to get in the taxi for school! He went above and beyond to support my son one day a week.

Very thorough planning before taking over mum's care. The carer is very friendly and polite. The first week with the new carers has been great. Treated mum with kindness while being professional.

Although my wife was with you for a short while, the carers were very good. They were polite, wore the PPE and arrived on time. We like that the same carers came for the three visits in the day and sometimes they came two days running. Overall the experience was very good. Thank you.

I cannot recommend integral care highly enough. Our dad was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer, which unfortunately meant he was bed-bound for the last couple of months of his life. The care, attention and dignified way in which all of the carers looked after Dad is something we shall forever be grateful for. We trusted them completely and had very regular communication with them. Thank you to all of the team at Integral Care Solutions.

Overall, the treatment and management of my late husband's care was very good. The proof from Integral Care Solutions Ltd being the main factor that, he was given 24/48 hours to live in June 2022 and their care and dedication enabled him to be with us for an extra year.

All of the carers that cared for my husband were excellent and genuinely lovely. They treated him with kindness and dignity. He sadly passed away on 29/07/23 at home. Thank you.

We honestly can't thank everyone enough for the love and care shown to my uncle. The whole team made his last couple of months comfortable. We trusted that all his needs and wants were being attended to 24 hours a day. Everyone that was involved in his care will remain in our memories forever. Thank you again.

I would recommend Integral Care Solutions to anyone who is needing home care. The staff are very good and care about your well-being as well as who they are looking after. They are true carers. I want to thank each and every one of them. The are all lovely.

Management swung from very caring to non-committal. Staff were foreign, apart from three trainers. English was often difficult to understand. Sometimes staff appeared not to have enough training and/or were not confident. On the whole, they were kind and considerate.

Cannot fault the care Mum received. The carer was sympathetic and professional towards the client and the client's family.

Several bad experiences - no idea about simple things. I have two good carers at the moment - natural carers and do not have any worries. Very thoughtful and helpful. Wish I could have them every day.
