Very happy with carers and service, all carers who have called have been great. Very helpful and have become great companionship. Great company and pleased with Helping Hands Home Care Bromsgrove. The office staff have been fantastic dealing with any issues promptly.

They are exemplary, they help with cleaning, etc, on Mondays. Especially helped my mobility on Tuesdays with my walking and boosted my confidence. In short, Helping Hands is brilliant!! Highly recommend!

We prefer consistent use with w/e carers, which is now being achieved. We are very happy with the care to my wife and would not chance care at all. Helping hands are very helpful when contacted.

I have experienced excellent service from the Bromsgrove branch of Helping Hands. The management are responsive and knowledgeable about their area of business. They respond to changes on the medication, reply to emails promptly and are very flexible and keen to work with their clients. The carers are top drawer and are keen to make living in your own home as normal and as comfortable as possible. They are friendly and no request is too difficult. I have had a wonderful time with the carers and look forward to their visits.

Very happy with the level of care mum receives. Staff have quickly learnt how mum prefers her routines etc. They have become familiar with her interests which promotes conversations that she will participate in. As a family we now have great peace of mind ensuring that her medication is being safely administered, and also that she is being monitored and checked twice a day.

Fabulous service always accommodating to our needs. Client centred care that aims to ensure the dignity of the service user. Management are efficient and effective answering queries quickly enabling them to provide a service totally tailored to our needs.

My father receives a carers visit every week and I am glad to say he is very pleased with his visits and I think he really looks forward to them. He is always full of praise as to how busy the carer is, getting all the jobs done and seeking out the next tasks she can help with. I think dad also likes to have a chat with the carer and it is good that she boosts his spirit and encourages him in various things. Dad is a much happier person after each visit. Many thanks for the support you provide.

I was very apprehensive about having carers to take care of my father, who has Alzheimer's, but I can honestly say my experience with Helping Hands Bromsgrove has been fantastic. My father's regular carer is amazing, and my dad is very happy and well taken care of. It gives me peace of mind as well as taking some of the pressure off me. I would highly recommend them.

All the staff at Helping Hands Bromsgrove are simply wonderful. They are a huge support to our family, especially our carer Carol, who looks after mum so well. The office team are well organised and always helps us find a solution if we need to change shifts or increase our help requirements.

Overall, I am very happy with the service provided and especially happy with Mum's main carer. Lots of the time, they visit mum at the time stated on the rota, and if ever they are late, there is always a good and valid reason.

Just excellent care. Just so helpful, kind and made difficult situations so much easier to deal with. Sophie is patient, kind and helpful as I find at times overwhelmed by a deteriorating situation. A huge thank you.
