View Full Details of Happy2Help Community CareI cannot thank these carers enough for their kindness and empathy towards myself and my husband at a time when he was in pain and debilitated with cancer. He has recently gone into hospice care and I actually miss them visiting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other clients. Thank you.
Thank you for all the care Happy2Help Community Care gave to mum, you were very professional and caring taking time with us. Brilliant service which definitely comes from your hearts, highly recommend for anyone that needs caring for.
I cannot praise the carers enough, my dad has been with the agency for a couple of years so far, and we cannot find any fault with the care provided. My stepdad was discharged from hospital on Friday after being advised he was medically fit for discharge, on arriving home he was struggling to mobilise, and he had 2 falls on Saturday. The carers stayed longer than him and also put 2 carers in place to ensure that he was safe. The carers called 999 on Sunday as his hip was swollen and bruised, they stayed until we were able to get to the property to wait for the ambulance. All the carers went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough. I would definitely recommend the agency to anyone looking for care.
The name says it all, they are very happy to help. They have looked after my father for quite a number of years now and the staff are always friendly and polite. The owner is very approachable and always flexible with your needs. They have been a pleasure to deal with and I am very happy to recommend them and very grateful for how they have looked after my father, thank you to all the staff
The manager and her staff have always been supportive of myself and my dad they have lots of experience in what they do and I would recommend them. Also at times, they have gone above and beyond to be there especially in their own time going to see him in the hospital.
More than happy to recommend Happy2Help Community Care. Exceptional service and the staff have become friends. Nothing is too much for them. They come and pick me up to a fish and chip evening with live music every couple of weeks. They cheer me up on a daily basis.
Happy2Help Community Care has been helping me look after my wife who has dementia, a challenging condition that is changing all the time. Happy2Help Community Care is a caring and sporting company that will address the problems of the people they are caring for and will be at your side in an instant in an emergency.
Very friendly staff, went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, I went to a fish supper evening and had a great time I had fish and chips and there was live music so could have a little dance after my meal and met many new people everyone was very friendly. The staff joined in to dance with us and helped those of us who couldn’t stand dance in our wheelchairs. Overall the best careers I’ve ever had I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs it.
Care started in November last year and is ongoing. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the carers. They are always very polite and courteous. I can thoroughly recommend this company and have no hesitation in doing so.
My sister and I don't live locally but Happy2Help Community Care provided exceptional care and support for our Mum. The friendly cheerful approach that they have, made my mother feel at ease in their company and I witnessed how happy she was under their care. They also went above and beyond our expectations with the amount of help they gave when Mum passed away. We can't recommend them highly enough and we thank them for all they did for our Mum in the last few years of her life.
Pleased with the service. I live away so the team cover all aspects needed, they clean twice a week so we don't have to worry about him keeping the house clean, they shop so we don't have to worry about him getting the things he needs. They visit twice a week in the morning to ensure he is keeping up with his exercises and things and they ring him every afternoon to check on him but if he does not answer they visit him. They keep us up to date with any problems so we can sort them as soon as possible. We are happy with the service Thanks.
The manager made sure she placed carers daily who my grandma liked and understood her after her stroke. She made sure she visited her lots in the first few weeks to get to know her and her needs personally and reassured us as a family that she would work in her best interests. I wasn't keen on her returning home but the carers four times per day have helped reassure me that her wishes are the right ones. The manager and the team are patient with her, with her use of language and demands and we can't thank them enough. My grandma is almost ninety-three and a few months ago we didn't imagine going home would be an option but with Happy2Help it is. Thanks.
This is the only care company I have found that go that extra mile. I have met most, if not all of the carers, the most experienced and caring carers I have come across, the carers always get my mum singing and laughing, something I can't do! They lift her spirits and nothing can get in the way of the carer's visits. I never do reviews but I had to write this, the extra mile I am talking about is their fish supper evening, they have two men playing their guitars and singing songs that everyone knows, the staff bake cakes and it is just one big party, I honestly have never seen anything like it. Please keep it up everyone because it has changed my mum's life and lifted her spirits, she's always asking when the next party night is. I have been told that different outings are being organised to fill an empty afternoon in Mum's life and she will see the others that she has started a friendship with. All I can say is wow. Amazing. Fantastic. Thank you all.
I have been using the manager and her team for over two years now to take care of my elderly father, I have found all her staff and the manger herself very helpful, obliging, goes above and beyond the services that were originally discussed to make sure my father is well looked after and lacks for nothing. As I live over four hours away I know that anything my father needs the manager and her team do their utmost best to sort it on my behalf, this is of great comfort to me knowing that I don't have to worry. I can't recommend the manager and her team enough they are one of the best in my father's area and would advise anybody who requires help to give her a call, there is nothing they can't manage when it comes to care.
The staff were amazing knew exactly what was needed. And helped my stepfather get accustomed to what he needed to do and helped him get sorted. And where so professionally done and still check up to see how he is doing. And the management were very caring and got everything in place for him coming home.
My partner (friend) has a long team condition COPD with home oxygen, the care he is getting is excellent service and his care worker takes his time and understands when he is poorly. He goes the extra mile help. The care manager has been fantastic to and the other care workers to. a big thank you.
Happy2Help were a Godsend for our family. Our auntie had various health issues, and Happy2Help were very understanding and helpful in all areas of care. This was sadly only for a short period of time, but I can 100% vouch for them and recommend them to anyone. The manager really understands how important care in your home is and treats everyone as if they are her family.
Nothing is too much trouble for the owner/manager. It was such a comfort knowing my mother had the support in her final 2-years that she had from this lovely team. As I didn’t live close (or even in the same county), it was extremely important to me that I had a team of carers who would constantly keep me updated on how my mother was doing, as she had dementia and was physically unable to move around a lot. Would definitely recommend it.
Happy2help Community Care has been looking after our mum for the last 24 months and the level of care she had was admirable. All the staff treated her like she was their own Mum. Mum had health issues yet the staff mastered ways around that and brought the best out of her. It was lovely to watch them working with her by singing, reminiscing memories as well as performing all the daily tasks. It has been a pleasure getting to know them and grateful Mum had them looking after her.
