All the carers were reliable, supportive and attentive, and communication with the friendly admin staff was always quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.
Has improved over the last few months, flexibility and alteration made easier. Quality has remained good with generally helpful staff.

Outstanding convalescence support at home following hospital stay. Would recommend Caremark without hesitation and use their services again. The carer also accompanied me to and from hospital. She stayed several days, was fully trustworthy, a great cook and company, and gave me great peace of mind.
I don't normally write reviews but I have to say Caremark has helped me with my mum who has Dementia sadly. I did try a care home and my mum was so upset and stressed there. Moved back to her home and now the Caremark staff has changed my mum back to a calm, happy-go-lucky lady and has helped in every way. That includes me, I can relax knowing my mum is safe 24/7 all in all very happy with Caremark's service in taking care of my mum. Thank you, Caremark for your special service in a very hard time.
Excellent service and support from Caremark! My siblings and I feel very happy and reassured by the care Mum is receiving, and the communication with us is always quick and efficient. It's a great relief to feel in such safe hands at a time which has seen big, distressing changes in our mum's circumstances. We're very grateful to all the lovely carers and admin staff/managers.
Sadly my mother has passed away. However while she was alive and bedridden. The care she received from Caremark was at all times faultless... The carers went above and beyond what was expected from them. Often buy things like milk, etc out of their own money! (I always paid them back). Sometimes they even over ran their allocated time. Every carer was friendly, attentive, polite, and most of all caring. It was always very easy to get hold of the office, even out of hours. So, a big thank you for a job well done.
The service is good, I have a good bond with my regular carers. I feel uncomfortable sometimes with having two male carers but ok when there is one female and one male carer.
Overall the carers have been very good. On occasions l have found it difficult to understand some of the carers, this could be down to my deafness and the wearing of masks. On each visit, the carers have asked if there is anything else they can do to assist me. I would like to thank them for all the consideration they have given me.
All the carers were very kind and very supportive. Always there when needed a chat. Always asked if I needed any help with anything else. Very easy to contact Caremark if I needed to get in contact with them. Thank you to all the carers who came out and helped me.
Outstanding care provided by Caremark, our experience has been excellent for Dad and now Mum. They offer amazing communication, always one step ahead in offering support outside of care time too, completely committed to providing client and customer care, I would heartily recommend them to you... managers are all switched on to our needs and the carers have all been nothing short of caring - well done!
Overall the care has been good and the carers do take care of their clients. Very friendly and talkative and will do whatever they can to help in the time provided, even going over and above on occasions when needed.
I can't look after my 90-year-old mother myself now and don't know how we would cope without the carers. I like the fact that the office and I are in regular contact and feel that we have a 'partnership'. If there is a problem I ring and they sort it quickly. Also, I like that somebody will ring me if the carer has concerns. There were a few problems in the beginning but very quickly put right. Mum looks forward to the carers' visits and they treat her with such respect and care. It is also reassuring that Caremark will call a doctor very quickly if there is anything wrong.
My mum has a live-in carer provided by Caremark. She is a lovely lady, very conscientious and attentive to Mum. She is a great companion and they spend most of the day chatting and laughing together, they couldn't be a better match. The carer keeps the house spotless and cooks Mum lovely meals. The management team is very professional, they are always checking how things are going and are on hand for any questions we might have. As a family, we couldn't be happier regarding our move to Caremark.
My aunt has received good care with some lovely, helpful carers, the management has been very helpful with requests we have made and tried to accommodate my aunt. When my aunt has been in hospital they are always ready to resume care on her return. The one thing that we would like to change is her morning call, carers don't arrive until about 9.30/10 which is late for getting up.
Mum hasn’t been this happy in ages, she still has her ups and downs but the ups certainly are more frequent when one member of staff and the care team are about. The difference in Mum is incredible since we changed care to Caremark.
Just wanted to say a member of staff from the care team did an amazing job yesterday when she came and took an assessment of my father. She’s very friendly, professional and thorough with her job. Any questions we wanted to ask she knew and gave us the best service. I would fully recommend her but also this is the best service from the company, I recommend to anyone.
Caremark has been fabulous in supporting my dad when he came out of the hospital after a fall. The staff are polite and cheerful and very helpful. They have helped my mum cope with all the changes to routine as well. I have especially appreciated the excellent communication between the office and myself. This is all very new to me, and they have been very helpful and reassuring.
Excellent support by the office staff from the start. We knew nothing about the care required for my father, the advice given by Caremark was phenomenal. Brilliant service by the carers, always prompt and polite.
