SureCare have been providing care for my Mum over the last few months and this seems to be going very well. Mum gets on very well with her regular carer and likes the fact that it is the same person coming each week.

The guys at Surecare have been great in making a very difficult situation so much easier to bear. Always available and flexible with the ever changing needs of our parents. One member of staff in particular has done an amazing job in creating and managing the care plan needed.

The carers are of a high quality and carry out their job in a very professional yet friendly manner. My mam has been poorly recently and is currently living away from home and she really misses seeing her Surecare friends. Surecare still look after my dad and it is nice to still have a connection with Surecare. As a family we are more than satisfied with the service we receive from Surecare. This is a care provider I would highly recommend.

I can't speak highly enough of SureCare and the support they provide to my mum and family. The care staff are punctual and always engage with Mum rather than our old company that just wanted to be in and out. As a result, the regular staff have built a really good relationship with her, which is really comforting for us. All the care team have become an extended family and we really don't know how we would survive without them. If you are looking for a company, then look no further as SureCare truly is an exceptional care provider and I recommend them all the time!

Found SureCare to be good, well organised and punctual. I was kept updated at all times along with provided information on any concerns and recommendations on how to address them. Outstanding service, would recommend.

SureCare have consistently delivered exceptional service from beginning to end, demonstrating their dedication not only to understanding our specific needs but also to confronting and addressing the difficult and challenging situations that arose while caring for my family member. Throughout every stage, they remained professional, patient, and committed to assisting her and supporting family members who found it challenging. They consistently provided the understanding and support that was necessary at all times. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the care workers for their service and personal dedication, which was evident at every step.

Very good carers, sympathetic and have a good sense of humour, would recommend SureCare to anyone who's having difficulty with their lifestyle because of injury, be it a minor injury or a serious one.

Surecare have looked after my mum for a couple of years now. Mum had help from 2 other care companies before Surecare, but Surecare are the best. The team in the office are always friendly and helpful. The girls who help Mum are all lovely and treat her with kindness and respect. I will always recommend Surecare to anyone who needs help.

As a daughter, all you want is peace of mind knowing your parents are being well looked after and cared for. SureCare exceeds this in every way possible. I can't give enough praise for this company. The care staff are always punctual and very caring and understanding of my stepmother's needs, particularly around her mental health. They are very proactive and keep me informed if they have any concerns. The support staff in the office are always polite and helpful.

Surecare has been helping with the care of our elderly father since January 2024. It has been wonderful to find a very local company, who can give us regular consistent helpers. Dad has so enjoyed their interest and gentle care, they are very willing to fit in with our long-standing resident carer's systems and go to great lengths to look after Dad as an individual, engaging him in conversation, looking at things that interest him, and putting his dignity first. I would happily recommend Surecare.

A wonderful service delivered by many friendly staff. Office staff are helpful and always willing to make changes to help me get the most out of the service they provide and to make it as pleasant an experience as possible for myself, the service user. My only gripe is recently they took on a couple of employees who didn’t understand or speak English very well at all. I hope they learned from service users that this shouldn’t have happened as the experience was horrible. Overall I’m very happy with the service I receive and prefer this company to the last one I was with because I’m treated as an individual whose opinion means something AND the carers are helpful and very friendly.

SureCare management have always listened to our needs and the care staff have been professional and hard-working. Sure Care have tried to ensure that the carers get on well with my wife and have all been friendly and active. Complex medication has normally been administered satisfactorily.

My dad used the services of home care following a 7-week stay in the hospital. Having been independent in his own home all his life, the transition of being cared for, etc was difficult for him. From our first meeting with one lady who visited his home to discuss his care needs, we were put at ease with the knowledge that the transition was going to be made as easy as possible for him. The carers who attended to him did so professionally, and all times, maintained his dignity. They were very friendly and caring towards him and put him at ease straight away, so much so that he was calling them his “family“ by the time his care ended due to his decision to go into a care home.

Use this company for my mam. The ladies are lovely and very friendly. My mam is happy and feels comfortable with them. They always keep you informed about what’s going on ie, if they are running late, they will ring or text.

A holistic care company that has provided high standards of care and supported accessing increase in care through identifying client's initially unmet needs. Reliably liaise with myself, GP, pharmacy, hospital, care manager, physiotherapist, occupational therapist and other various health and social care provided services to ensure a smooth journey for the client, who is a good friend of mine. Would confidently recommend their services to those looking for a supportive service.

I'm very pleased with the SureCare carers. They are always on time and very cheerful and polite. They help my wife with bed transfers, washing and general hygiene. My wife seems happy with the care she is getting, so it makes me happy that she is being looked after.

SureCare is, without a doubt, an amazing organisation. They always work inclusively with everyone from family to other professionals. My mum describes them as her friends, and this comment alone demonstrates how skilled they are making the older people they work with feel special. Their dedication to the care task goes above and beyond what you could ever hope for, and as family members, SureCare gives us so much peace of mind that our Mum is cared for to the highest standards. If I raise any issues that I think Mum needs extra help with, they always listen and respond immediately. It is because of their exceptional care and dedication to the task that my mum, who is 95 this year, is able to live independently in her own home. This is something that is so important to her, and I am so pleased, that because of SureCare, she can continue living in her own home and live the life that she chooses.

SureCare has made daily care visits to my 100-year-old father since September ‘19.In all that time, and despite the many difficulties caused by Covid, they have never missed the early morning appointment. Communication from the office is excellent. The staff are marvellous. Dad finds them all friendly, caring and professional. The visits and support given allows Dad to continue living happily in his home. I have no hesitation in recommending SureCare Newcastle.
