View Full Details of Alina Homecare RingwoodWhat a hard-working and caring team Alina Ringwood is. The staff in the office work efficiently to ensure all runs smoothly and are quick to step in if something needs sorting. They found carers who met all of our Aunt's needs for both 24-hour live-in and break. They are highly experienced, calm and practical and committed to providing the best level of service that they can. We had wonderful 24-hour care for our elderly Aunt, who wasn't the easiest to please. She was handled with kindness, patience and understanding. The team allowed her to have as much independence as she could cope with, whilst gently supervising and getting the very best out of her. We would like to thank all of the very special ladies who lived in with my aunt, especially her last carer who is a little ray of sunshine, who must get a special mention as she was a brilliant break cover - taking her out on trips which were much enjoyed. Thank you so much you were all amazing.
I was very pleased with the care I had when I came out of hospital. I was bedridden for the first few weeks so had help when I could shower and they made my breakfast and lunch to start with. They were all very kind and thoughtful. They changed the bedding and put it in the washing machine. They tidied the kitchen and bathroom as well.
We very much appreciate the excellent service and personal care to our dad, you seem to go above and beyond with all aspects of care and keep up to date with any incidents or just 100% care. Very good communication and understanding of care to Dad. Thanks.
Thank you to Alina Homecare for their patience and understanding with our mother. The staff have been so kind and helpful and have been a great support to us. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for care.
The manager and staff have gone above and beyond trying to sort live-in care for our mother. Unfortunately, it didn't work out as we hoped but not the fault of Alina or its staff and they will certainly be our go-to care provider if and when we require more help in the future.
The live-in carer that Alina Homecare Ringwood provided for us has been with my 98-year-old father for the past two months. She is an attentive and compassionate carer, has fitted into our family life very well and is great fun to be around. She has made all our lives easier, and I am confident in leaving my father in her care. One of the main reasons I chose Alina was their CQC accreditation and the care they take of their staff, as well as their clients. It has been reassuring to see first-hand the interaction between Alina's staff and the oversight that is in place. The manager and staff at Alina Homecare Ringwood have been extremely helpful and I have been impressed with their prompt response to any queries and concerns we have.
I can’t fault Alina Homecare - the manager and the team of carers were excellent and took great care of my mum until we sadly had to admit her to a care home. They always took the time to chat with my mum and dad and all of the carers were supportive and caring both to my parents and myself through a very difficult period. Thanks to all the team.
I have experienced a few companies since 2009 when my stroke occurred at the age of 39. And in my experience of personal care and quality of care, I confirm Alina Homecare is one of the best.
My late mother was very lucky to have received care from the manager and his excellent team. The team were at all times professional and compassionate but delivered their care with empathy and a sense of humour. They made my mother laugh and they sang songs together. Sadly my mother passed away in hospital on 2nd February. We were expecting her discharge from hospital earlier that day - the manager and his team did everything they could to support us with the impending discharge which sadly did not happen as my mother passed away just before the ambulance arrived at 8.00 pm in the evening to bring her home. Had she been brought home, I was assured that someone from Alina would be there later that evening to support her and the team couldn't have done more. I thoroughly recommend this company which offers outstanding service to its clients.
The carer went out of her way, and in her own time, to take my Mum down to our local Town Hall in her wheelchair, so that she could sign the Queen's book of Condolence. Very thoughtful and very caring. All of your care staff are completely reliable and very understanding of my Mum's needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alina at any time.
Carers are all very nice.
All staff were kind and caring and treated my parents with dignity and respect. As they were in attendance for over 3 years, many of the carers became like extended family. The company itself tried to facilitate our requirements and organised care promptly when my father was discharged from hospital.
Have made life easier for me. All carers are very helpful and well trained. Also very friendly and kind.
My uncle has visits from Alina to give him his medication. I often need to speak with Alina people about specific issues or problems and they are always responsive and super helpful. They are proactive in contacting me and I would say they often go beyond what I would expect in their support.
My mother has been under the care of Alina Ringwood since the middle of February 2021. Previously she was with another care provider that I was totally dissatisfied with. I cannot believe the difference in, not only the care she has been receiving but the attitude, helpfulness of the carers and staff at the Ringwood Office. It is like a totally different world. I no longer have to keep checking up to see what the carers have (or not) done and this has taken a great weight off my mind and shoulders. Even concerns about my mother's health are fed through to the office and they in turn either act on them or immediately phone me. This has been unheard of in the past and has made life easier for us both. When someone is 95 and has Dementia, you want to give them the best care possible. I certainly have found this with Alina Ringwood. Well done to them.
My wife has Dementia and it is now fairly advanced. I have been caring for her on my own for the past 8 years. Following a recent stay in hospital, the Support Services people offered to help and I accepted it. After the temporary help, I was allocated Alina Homecare Ringwood and they started supporting me about 2-3 weeks ago. I find the people who come to our house very helpful, supportive and friendly. They all seem genuinely good people who are happy with their work. I am very happy and grateful for the support that I am receiving from these good people.
Alina Care has been providing myself with one call a day for nearly two years due to my reduced mobility. All the carers are very happy, smiley and I always look forward to seeing them. Nothing is to much trouble, and they go above and beyond.
My wife, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, has been a client of Alina for over two years but, due to her increased disability and my age, she has had to go into residential care. I cannot but praise the service we have had from Alina. Their Carers have always been courteous and friendly as they looked after my wife and took an interest in my welfare as I catered day by day to her needs. I miss their visits now that my wife has gone into residential care. I note too that the local Management was always willing to adapt to any of my requests whenever possible. Alina is as their Carers would say “All good!”.
Alina provided a care service for my mother which included the difficult period of lockdown. They have always been extremely reliable and the carers professional, friendly and caring. Mum enjoyed their visits and support and never had a moan about any of them. It was always straight forward for me to contact support staff if there were any queries and the whole experience was very smooth and professional.
The manager and her Alina team from Ringwood cared for our Mum for almost two years. Before this, Mum had the experience of five other care companies for herself and our late Dad. These varied from fair to good. Alina's care was outstanding. They were better because the entire team wanted to go the extra mile. Little touches made each visit a pleasure for Mum; such as the unprompted addition of fruit to her squash, served in a wine glass, giving Mum the feeling she had a glamorous cocktail; impromptu sing -a -longs and taking/showing pictures of the flowers in her beloved garden. Jokes and banter were part of her care routine. Mum could be difficult but she loved her carers. We loved the fact that Alina involved us, had a "can do" and flexible attitude as care needs increased. Alina's care allowed Mum to stay at home, something she fervently wanted. This is testament to the hard work put in by the entire team and for that, we are so grateful.
