The care provided has made such a difference to the whole family. My dad seems to be more alert than he has been for a long time. It's reassuring to know that a trained carer is looking out for him and will report back to us any changes in his health. I can also see a big difference in my mum's health who was struggling with the responsibility. The communication between us and the carers is amazing. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs care.

The provider always communicates with the family regarding any concerns that the carer has about the client. We appreciate the continual contact. The carers are attentive. Easy to get in touch with the provider at any time. Professional.

I am happy with my carers and I am very happy with the service I get. Since I have been having them my confidence has grown, I would worry about walking but they take me out every week. Always willing to help me with any housework and appointments I might have.

A highly professional service provided by an excellent team. Communication with the family is first class and the agency acts with real care and concern. We are also greatly assisted by the agency liaising with healthcare providers. Overall, an excellent standard of care.

We have known Comfort Care for a number of years now. The service has been outstanding throughout. Both the management and the fully trained team of carers are empathetic and professional when working with our mother who has complex needs. We truly appreciate the detail of care that is shown on a regular basis. The warmth and kindness of all the carers is something that shines through on each care visit. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

Excellent service. Comfort Care has been visiting our parents since September last year. The manager impressed with the thoroughness of her initial visits and through the care she took to listen and respond to client needs. The carers are friendly and helpful and communication is excellent - both with clients and with family members. Any changes to the schedule are always well-signalled in advance. The management team are also friendly, responsive and knowledgeable - always happy to review care provisions or make time to jump on a call if anything needs extra discussion. We feel very confident in Comfort Care and are hoping to increase visits over time in step with our parents' needs.

Comfort care at home has only been caring for my elderly father for two weeks. I knew my father needed care but was very nervous that he would refuse care. But right from the first meeting the owner and care team showed such understanding and care towards my father and family. They have taken some of the pressure off my family by caring in such a professional way and have helped to contact other professionals to help. They are a great comfort to my mother as she has a lovely daily chat with the care team. I would highly recommend Comfort care at home.

Our family were very lucky to be recommended to Comfort Care At Home, this was our first encounter with the care industry and thus fearful of how we could manage this service. This matter was taken out of our hands by the senior staff who explained the process in detail and helped us improve the home environment from a safety and lifestyle perspective. She has received excellent continuous service from the team and particular attention is given to the relationship and confidence for her and hence any changes to the team or service. The small details such as the Christmas gift and family WhatsApp group are very inclusive and reassuring that the best intentions are promised and delivered. We highly recommend and thank Comfort Care!

I have been consistently impressed with Comfort Care at Home. The company is very well run, and they are meticulous about communicating with me. My sister is very needy, and as I live in Canada I really appreciate being included in a social media group that lets me know when any problem arises. The Director and the carers have made a connection to my sister's GP which is so important as she has Asperger's syndrome and tends to ignore medical problems. They have also included a neighbour in that conversation, so I feel much easier in my mind knowing that such kind people are looking after, and looking out for my sister. They always let her know if they are going to be a little late or if there is a change in personnel due to holidays etc. When a new carer is sent, they 'shadow' a carer who visits regularly, so they learn about the various needs and quirks of my sister's situation. The Director is not only a consummate professional but a thoughtful and caring person.

I've no experience with other healthcare providers, so I can't compare Comfort Care At Home with others. However, I would recommend them to any family who needs care for their loved ones. They are very professional and take standards and processes seriously, sometimes to my frustration, but that just shows that it is my family member that is the important one not placating me. They've rules and procedures set in place to protect us, them and the person being cared for, and they stick to them, which is reassuring. There are times when they have stepped in to help us and did stuff that is above and beyond what you would expect. It is clear that there are strong lines of communication and leadership throughout the company, from bottom to top. I would have no concern if one day, one of my relative's sessions was being performed by the owner of the company because they aren't just a management team; they are carers themselves. Regular daily communication is so helpful.

The Comfort Care team have been consistently diligent and professional since they began supporting Mum. They are led by a very strong senior team, which ensures that the care discipline filters throughout. The level of care and improvements to Mum's life have been second to none and have given her, and the family, confidence and happiness. Very impressed!

Comfort Care at Home continued this month to provide excellent care for my mum. She had tested positive for Covid and was feeling tired, low in energy and generally unwell. The team dealt so well with Mum, keeping us updated on progress each day. I would also like to mention the days out they have arranged in recent months, which have allowed Mum the opportunity to get out during the week to experience something new.
