Right at Home you are amazing. Excellent communication from the beginning, always there to help and assist where possible. Your carers were amazing, always friendly and acted with discretion and dignity. The support you also provided to the family was second to none. Cannot recommend you enough. We only had you a short time but you made the last weeks at home bearable for all. Gold star required.

What an amazing team of people that cared for my Mum. Care started in February 2023 when Mum was diagnosed with cancer. Throughout the 20 months Right at Home cared for Mum we found everyone was friendly, caring, respectful, thoughtful, and helpful, along with being extremely supportive to myself and Mum. I really do not know what Mum and I would have done without you all. We had chats and laughs that we all enjoyed. Towards the end of Mum's life, things got very upsetting. Mum could hardly communicate and it was awful to see her in pain. Right at Home carers helped and supported me, as well as cared for Mum through this difficult end-of-life process. I cannot thank you all enough for being there for us. You all have a special place in my heart and I miss you all greatly. Thank you for making Mum feel reassured, happy, and comfortable till the time she passed. I have sung your praises throughout Hazel Grove and beyond. I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy care company.

The care provided to my Husband is excellent, the carers are friendly and take the time to ask what he would like. Medications and treatments are administered carefully, the whole experience is a pleasure for us both.

My sister has been having your carers for quite a long time now. She wasn't too bad for a while but is now bedridden and on end-of-life care. I have never met such a lovely bunch of people who have been looking after my sister they vary in age but are all so kind and thoughtful and do a fantastic job. My sister always used to say they were all lovely. I cannot praise your team enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

My mother was very reluctant to have any care at all, but following the first visit and an emergency package to see Mum through a crisis she now wants it every day. During the 48 hours of that crisis, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty ensuring Mum was settled and looked after. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Professional and friendly service with a thorough initial assessment. Good assessment of needs and flexibility of offer. Feels like good value and compares well to quotes from other companies. Reassuring structured daily feedback. Good timekeeping. Thank you.

They were all nice and wonderful. My dad really enjoyed all the carers company and everything they did for him. I couldn't recommend the company enough and everything they do for their clients. They were very time efficient and always on time. They came to help out Dad no matter the time of day and there wasn't anything they couldn't do. As well as coming in and helping my dad they also helped me with anything I needed help with. Me and my family are so thankful for everything right and home did and they couldn't have done any more if they tried.

From the very start of the process we were treated with respect and sensitivity as they took the time to understand the needs of my dad and what we wanted of them in terms of support. Nothing was ever too much. They encouraged us to get more support which gave them more time to get to know and look after my dad as best they could and saw fit. When there was ever an issue they were quick to respond and make the right decisions that would benefit Dad. All in all, the team are excellent and would highly recommend them.

A brilliant manager; she is always so warm and helpful and is very keen to make sure we're kept updated on our mum's care and any issues that arise. She feels genuinely caring and happy to help, we have no concerns and only praise.

Mum had a major increase in her care needs after returning from the hospital this month and the Right at Home Team has been amazing. From the initial planning which we covered by telephone and email the service has been wonderful. The manager has helped enormously with all of our questions promptly and has modified Mum's care plan as we needed - this has given the family much-needed reassurance. The carers have all been punctual, polite and extremely thoughtful. Thank you all for your professionalism and care.

Excellent service is provided at all levels. Engaging all the time and kept us informed at all times. Confident manner when dealing with the service user. The level of care we received was excellent. Excellent care is given at all times.

I have nothing but positive praise for all staff at Right at Home Hazel Grove office and my daughter's carers who provide 24/7 cover. From day one after a bad experience with another care provider they have shown care and compassion and been professional at all times. My daughter's carers are amazing, always positive and look after her to the highest level and always with a smile . I can now sleep in the knowledge she is so well looked after/supported and she is happy.

The carers are fabulous. The ladies in the office and supervisory roles are superb. Supported Dad's needs and helped support me too. I would have no hesitation in recommending right at home to others. Just hoping now Dad will be well enough to return home and we can use their services again.

Our worries about using a care company proved unfounded. The carers used by Right at Home are kind and gentle, professional and empathetic. After the first couple of days, we quickly settled into a routine. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly. We particularly like the continuity of care, with the same people covering our four visits. We couldn't have wished for a better team and people. Happy to recommend this company to anyone looking for care.

The Right at Home team have been magnificent from first contact with them. All procedures and routine was explained fully so I knew what to expect. Without exception the carers have been very kind, caring and very professional. They approach each task with humour and good nature. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Right at home care for my Mum for the last year every morning and evening and frequent visits to see her husband in a nursing home. Like most old people in this situation, my Mum was reluctant to have any help, having lived an independent life. But she found in the service that she was well looked after and felt secure in the knowledge there were people there for her. Not only did she end up relying on the carers but she saw them more as friends than people simply employed and always referred to each of them as My Friend. It opened my own eyes to the fact that it is a profession but also it's reliant on the kindness of those involved.

Carers are very friendly and caring. Look after my husband's personal care needs. Have even got time for me at this difficult time, helping to cheer me up and give support when I am feeling overwhelmed. Excellent team.

We have been using the service for the last week since Mum came out of hospital. The staff are incredible! Nothing is too much trouble. They are kind, caring and very considerate towards Mum's needs. Wonderful, wonderful service and staff.

They were all nice and wonderful. My dad really enjoyed all the carers company and everything they did for him. I couldn't recommend the company enough and everything they do for their clients.
