View Full Details of Treal Care UK LtdOutstanding. Treal carers have been attending my father for the past 3 months. My father has a terminal illness and his situation is further complicated because he is a born-deaf sign language user. Because of this communication barrier to his care my husband and I have moved in with him to offer support and constant access to communication. The male carers (about 8 regular faces) have been incredibly caring and kind. They have gone above and beyond their duty by also being supportive of me as I care for my dad. They give me tips, share skill techniques, ask questions about my dad, and are genuinely interested in him as a person and are not just there to get the job done. They have voluntarily started picking up sign language as they have got to know Dad and its made a huge difference in a very difficult situation. I can honestly say that once my dad passes, as well as the enormous pain of losing such an amazing man, I will also miss his wonderful carers! Forever grateful.
I am two weeks into a six-week emergency care package and I have found the service outstanding. As I understand it, the carers have quite a long journey by public transport, often difficult, but they are all cheerful, willing and helpful. Treal Care UK has got it right - lovely carers and well-trained.
When our time started with Treal Care UK, we had problems with carers arriving not suitable for the service we required, palliative care, but once a dedicated carer started with us, he was amazing. The carer took time with not only our father but also his wife and was even supporting on the day he died. It's a shame Treal Care then sent a service user form and a letter to my father-in-law after he passed away. The carers are great, the office staff not so.
We have been extremely grateful for the care and consideration that the care team are giving my Dad. They have all been respectful, and helpful. It's a relief to know that he is getting looked after so well during his end of life. When they are seeing dad they speak softly to him and gently when handling him. Always telling him what is happening, regardless of whether he is aware or not. One of the care team always has the foresight to make sure that as a family we are ok too. He is very attentive and shares our concerns when they arise.
The overall care we are receiving is first-class/outstanding. The carers are always helpful and friendly and will always ask after other family members. If we have any concerns they are always prompt in their response and will do their very best to support us.
We have had care since October and are so thankful for this service. My husband was not expected to live more than 2/3 weeks but he's such a strong fighter and determined not to let his cancer get him.
We are very grateful to all members of the Treal Care UK team who looked after our father very well. They showed kindness and compassion to him and the family. They were courteous and efficient. We will always be grateful for the care they gave him which allowed him to stay in his own home until he died peacefully and with dignity last week.
All staff are very respectful and kind. Treated my husband with dignity.
Treal provided care for my grandmother upon her release from the hospital, where she was discharged bedbound and on end-of-life care. Treal provided food, and any personal care needs taken care of. I felt that the care given to my loved one was exceptional and felt at ease having the carers look after her. The carers were friendly, attentive and professional. I found the office staff also incredible, and any issues which arose were quickly taken care of professionally and empathetically.
All the carers are very good! They do everything I want. They come in and use the key safe, they know where everything is and they make me feel very comfortable. Our case worker is very lovely and we can call her if we need anything, regarding our care package.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Treal Care. They were absolutely tremendous with all the help they gave me for my late husband. In fact, they became part of my family, and without their help, I could not have managed. So a great big thank you to everybody.
Excellent carers. They always treat you with dignity and respect. They are also willing to talk to you about any concerns and are open and honest in their responses. A very good care service.
Carers are all lovely. They treated my mum with love and dignity. Lovely souls working here. Thank you.
Absolutely fantastic level of care. Very reliable, punctual and a great team of individuals who took wonderful care of my mother for twenty weeks. 10/10 - brilliant.
I found Treal Carers very good, reliable and hard-working with their treatment towards my father.
My husband was being treated for a very aggressive and rapidly spreading cancer. The care was palliative. His condition deteriorated daily and he was in a great deal of pain, gradually losing the use of his legs, then arms etc. He became incontinent and was unable to move. Without the help of the carers who came four times a day, we would have been lost. They were invariably kind, considerate, cheerful and hard-working. Thank you so much. I only wish they hadn't had to rely on public transport.
My mother was cared for by the exceptional staff at Treal Care. They provided an excellent service, which was so personal and met every need that my mum and our family required at a very difficult time in her and our lives. I want to thank everyone for listening and supporting our family with any concerns and questions that we had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service, thank you.
Very rude. Neglected my mum who has Huntingdon's (limited mobility). The staff in the office are very very rude. The carer failed to leave lunch for my mum and the manager was dismissive and unsympathetic. Very rude and unprofessional. I have cancelled contracts as I was using them at least twice a week. The manager also accused me of lying, suggesting the carer had left food which is even more concerning as a company. I have complained about meds being left on the floor where they weren’t given to my mum properly, and carers sent on the wrong day. There is only one decent carer if you are fortunate to have her, but if you value your loved ones then do not use.
I cannot express our gratitude to Treal Care enough. The carers were amazing. Just the right combination of kindness, professionalism, and humor. My dad felt so comfortable and confident with every single carer who came in to take care of him. They were above and beyond all expectations. I would recommend Treal Care without hesitation. We will never forget how they made a very difficult time for our family a little easier.
Only had the pleasure of these carers for a short while but found them very caring. Their uniforms were exceptionally clean and carers impeccable.
