Leelin provided care at home for my mother when her dementia began to make it difficult for her to manage on her own from April 2024 until she entered a care home in February 2025. The team are super responsive, always go the extra mile and are so kind. I live over 200 miles away and Leelin were always available to help at short notice for appointments and extra welfare checks. My mother would not have been able to stay in her own home for as long as she did without these lovely people. Not only did they support her but also helped me navigate this difficult time with a great deal of empathy. I cannot praise them enough.

These carers do a fantastic job, always happy and always do the difficult job with a smile. They make an otherwise impossible situation much more bearable.

The carers are all respectful people, very helpful and friendly. They are nice to talk to and always help me with whatever I need - be that to sort and organise my medication, preparing meals and doing my bedding and laundry.

Efficient, courteous carers. Arrive on time and perform their duties within the time allowed and to the best of their abilities. Always willing to collect medication from my pharmacy.

We would just like to say a big thank you for all the love, care and support that you all gave to my dad during his illness and for making the last days as he wished to be spent at home. We would never have managed without you. We will be forever grateful to you all, you were a godsend to us.

I'm very happy with all the carers who are coming to look after my mum. They are very helpful and friendly, they even do more than they should. My mum also is very happy with the service they provide. Highly recommend.

My wife always remarked how caring and gentle the care team were whenever they visited and it was a comfort to know how well looked after she was in spite of only having the carers visit for a short period before she sadly passed away. I would like to thank each and every team member who visited her and would highly recommend this Home Care Provider.

Your carers are the most lovely caring people! They are gentle, kind and concerned, not only with the client but with family too! Always on time and never rushed. We’re not finished yet, but I highly recommend them!

The team supported Mum over a six-week period, up to her death. Their involvement enabled us to fulfil her desire to die at home. The carers were kind and respectful to Mum and any family who were visiting. Mum was frail and experienced some falls. We were able to take breaks away from Mum's care knowing that the carers would be there at certain times and she was safe. We will be eternally grateful for the support we received, particularly when we were offered overnight care towards the end of Mum's life. Thank you to each and every team member.

The young people who cared for my husband in his last weeks of life were excellent. They attended him with kindness and good humour and they were always happy and willing to make his life, and mine, as positive as possible, right to the end. A fantastic team of carers!

The carers that visit my 96-year-old mum are wonderful. They are friendly and caring, and at the same time professional. My mum is quite frail, and it hurts her to be moved around, so carers are very gentle when washing and changing her. They have been a Godsend.

The team are friendly, helpful and most importantly caring. Have been flexible in providing the best care possible. The medications are provided as part of the service and are reliably applied. When additional time is required, the team are not clock-watchers and get the job done. Thanks to the whole team.

The care my father-in-law experienced in his last week of life was outstanding. All the carers were friendly/professional and so kind. They made it possible for my father-in-law to remain at home in his final days. They were respectful of the house and lovely and gentle with my father-in-law. We can't thank them enough, for making a difficult time more bearable.

You should be very proud of all the staff that cared for Mum, all were patient, kind, and caring, we could not have asked for anything more for Mum. We are all so thankful and Mum was so sorry that she wouldn't get to see the carers after moving into a care home. Thank you all so much.

Generally good, but not all carers seem to have the training and relied on the more experienced. Had to be told what was needed and also needed to have a detailed things-to-do sheet. Notes on the app are not detailed enough and not accurate of what they did.
