The carers are friendly, caring and considerate. They always complete the tasks to be done efficiently in a timely manner. When times of the visits were not ideal they took this on board and changed the visit times at the request of my grandfather. He is very happy with the support they provide him.

After trawling through lot's of care providers, we chose Leelin Care. We are very glad we did, the carer's are kind, patient and make a real effort with my Dad who at 91 can be a bit of a challenge! Dealing with the office/admin staff is a breeze, nothing is too much trouble and we have nothing but good to say about the overall level of care and commitment they provide!

The care provided has been excellent. The carers are friendly, kind and efficient. The carers are well trained and respectful. They have treated my husband with care and respect and he has been very comfortable allowing them to deal with his personal care.

The carers are very good. They provide very good service with dignity & respect. We are very satisfied with their services. The only slight concern is time management. Many times they arrive much ahead of scheduled time slot and most of the time they don't stay full agreed time slots. Otherwise I have no complaint about them.

Our short time with Leelinhealthcare Ltd has been extremely good, My husband looks forward to seeing the carers and enjoys talking to them and they are extremely patient in interacting with him, we have no issues with whomever comes to our house.

Leelin provided care at home for my mother when her dementia began to make it difficult for her to manage on her own from April 2024 until she entered a care home in February 2025. The team are super responsive, always go the extra mile and are so kind. I live over 200 miles away and Leelin were always available to help at short notice for appointments and extra welfare checks. My mother would not have been able to stay in her own home for as long as she did without these lovely people. Not only did they support her but also helped me navigate this difficult time with a great deal of empathy. I cannot praise them enough.

The carers are all respectful people, very helpful and friendly. They are nice to talk to and always help me with whatever I need - be that to sort and organise my medication, preparing meals and doing my bedding and laundry.

Efficient, courteous carers. Arrive on time and perform their duties within the time allowed and to the best of their abilities. Always willing to collect medication from my pharmacy.

We would just like to say a big thank you for all the love, care and support that you all gave to my dad during his illness and for making the last days as he wished to be spent at home. We would never have managed without you. We will be forever grateful to you all, you were a godsend to us.

I'm very happy with all the carers who are coming to look after my mum. They are very helpful and friendly, they even do more than they should. My mum also is very happy with the service they provide. Highly recommend.

My wife always remarked how caring and gentle the care team were whenever they visited and it was a comfort to know how well looked after she was in spite of only having the carers visit for a short period before she sadly passed away. I would like to thank each and every team member who visited her and would highly recommend this Home Care Provider.

Your carers are the most lovely caring people! They are gentle, kind and concerned, not only with the client but with family too! Always on time and never rushed. We’re not finished yet, but I highly recommend them!

The team supported Mum over a six-week period, up to her death. Their involvement enabled us to fulfil her desire to die at home. The carers were kind and respectful to Mum and any family who were visiting. Mum was frail and experienced some falls. We were able to take breaks away from Mum's care knowing that the carers would be there at certain times and she was safe. We will be eternally grateful for the support we received, particularly when we were offered overnight care towards the end of Mum's life. Thank you to each and every team member.

The young people who cared for my husband in his last weeks of life were excellent. They attended him with kindness and good humour and they were always happy and willing to make his life, and mine, as positive as possible, right to the end. A fantastic team of carers!

The carers that visit my 96-year-old mum are wonderful. They are friendly and caring, and at the same time professional. My mum is quite frail, and it hurts her to be moved around, so carers are very gentle when washing and changing her. They have been a Godsend.
