My wife used Loving Angles to help with her care. The people we had were very professional and always helped and never let us down. The local authority thought it best to farm our contracts to other agencies and treat those who had a need for care like dogs that required re-homing. If we were offered to come back to Loving Angles I would not hesitate to do so. They proved to be reliable and professional and the staff are a credit to your company. We were so sad to lose such excellent professional care.

I am so pleased with the care given to my sister over the past months. Her carers are cheerful, friendly, and efficient. My sister looks forward to their visits and is full of chatter about them when I visit. They are respectful of my sister and look after her physical needs beautifully. Loving Angels is an appropriate name! Lovely ladies (and gentlemen).

I would love to say how much we love the carer from Loving Angels she has time for me and my children. We used to have her quite a lot, but unfortunately, we haven't had her for a long time. But she is one of the nicest and kindest person that we have had from Loving Angles. Keep up the good work.

They are friendly. They are helpful. They really take good care of my mom and sister. They are good at personal care and all other aspects. They treat my sister and mom with dignity and respect. They are mostly regular.

The carers from Loving Angels Care are very helpful and kind. They took good care of my mom. The carers are so friendly and genuine in their attitude. They are pleasant people and Mom is very fond of them.

The carers are good at looking after my mum and delivering her personal care. They are punctual every day and spend the allotted time carrying out their tasks. We receive a monthly call to check things are okay but I don't feel my feedback is always dealt with.

We are extremely satisfied with the care provided by the Loving Angels team. All carers give the care required and go above and beyond what is expected from them. When the client is having a bad day they settle him very quickly and with reassurance. They have grown fond of all the carers and built a good relationship, especially with one carer in particular, who also gives the clients wife a boost with every visit. I have been in contact with a member of staff in the office during the last month and he has given me lots of information and help relating to more care during weekends and referred me to a charity. We are very pleased with how the client is cared for and I would like to personally thank you all.

The carers of Loving Angels Care are very helpful and kind. They are always willing to help my uncle and do whatever he needs. They communicate quite well with him and take proper care of his overall wellbeing. They are well-managed and efficient.

I'm the friend of someone who used the service of loving Angels and was extremely happy with the way the assessment was carried out I was made to feel very comfortable leaving the care of my friend with them and using the open pass was easy to access would definitely recommend them to anyone needing care thanks to you all at loving Angels.

Loving Angels Care are an extremely good care provider. They will complete any tasks you ask of them, the carers are all very friendly and will do their very best to ensure your loved one feels completely at ease and confident in their ability at all times. My father is almost completely blind and Loving Angels Care cater to his needs and always leave him feeling safe and secure. No tasks are too little or too big for Loving Angels Care and they will always do their very best to accommodate any request. Can not recommend this care service enough, they give me peace of mind in the knowledge that my father is well taken care of every day I cannot be with him.

My mother is extremely happy with her carers and says they are all very cheerful and happy. They leave all areas of her flat clean and tidy. She is very satisfied with her carers.

My overall experience has been quite positive as regards the care that my mum has received. There have been issues that have been resolved and still some outstanding. I have not been too impressed with the management side of the operation, but hopefully, that can be rectified going toward.

After not having any external care for 96 years, we were worried about how my grandmother would cope with her support. In the short time she has been with Loving Angels Care (Northampton) she has grown in confidence and has really bonded with her carers. A special mention to one of the carers who constantly goes above and beyond.

Your staff were very friendly and caring to my mother and treated her needs well. They became our crutch through some very difficult times and couldn't wish for more caring staff. My only exception was for one member who was a bit familiar and needed boundaries. All in all, they are loving angels.
