Very happy with the care provided by Clifton Care Services to my mother, who was weak and unwell after having spent a month in hospital. The carer was arranged at short notice, and every detail was explained clearly and with good communication. The carer gave my mother confidence to get back on her feet and build up her strength. Highly recommended!

When we realised my mum needed additional care outside the family support, we were recommended to Clifton Care Services. I am so glad we were! From the start, they took the time to understand my mum and the family's needs. They listened and held our hands every step of the way. They gave advice when needed and as a result, my mum has been matched with a good carer and she feels comfortable to accept the support.

Our carer is a star! She is very professional, prompt, patient and knows how to bring out the best in everyone, even in challenging situations. She is knowledgeable about services and contacts which she shares with us. Her rapport with my husband is sincere and extends to our whole family As a trainer, she inspires by her enthusiasm and example. We feel blessed to have her help with us.

Very reliable care service. The manager is excellent and gets on with a challenging father who shouts and is very stubborn due to dementia. She leaves notes of how he is and keeps us informed of his progress. Highly recommend.
