I speak to my sister almost daily and she has always said how well she is being looked after. When speaking to Love 2 Care, they always know my voice and keep me fully aware of her condition.
Pleased with how Love 2 Care keep us informed about my sister-in-law and making contact with us. Also getting help from outside when she needs it ie: hospital etc. Can't comment on everyday care as we live away, but she is happy when asked about it.
I have been with Love 2 Care for 3 years and I have been very satisfied.
Love 2 Care have been the best care agency I've used. The carers picked up very quickly when I became unwell and as I didn't see my family this was vital. My care has adapted a lot over the past year and despite this, the care agency have continued to adapt and support this. I feel that without them I wouldn't be as well as I am today. I would never change care companies as I couldn't ask for better carers and managers.
I found my friend to be well satisfied with her care. She liked all of her carers and seemed happy and joked with them when they came. She never complained to me when I visited her. Therefore I'm pleased to say I think they did an excellent job.
Love 2 Care looked after my nan when she was struggling with her dementia and needed help. Love 2 Care staff were amazing and my nan thought a lot of the carers. Would highly recommend Love 2 Care.
Dad has excellent care for his needs. His carers go up and beyond their expectations to ensure Dad is very well cared for.

All the ladies/carers have been very pleasant. Mum has felt safe and secure with them helping her get ready for the day. The staff that I have had to speak to over the phone have all been very helpful.
My nan is constantly singing Love 2 Care's praises. She likes the variety of carers she receives and they go above and beyond with anything she requires.
I have peace of mind knowing that Mum has got carers in to help. They know what they are doing and inform me of anything thanks not right. A big thank you to all concerned.
Very satisfied with the service from carers. I would welcome fewer carers in the evening to enable the client to become more empathetic with the carer. Having a regular morning carer is most helpful. I find it difficult to give 24 hours notice of cancellation if sickness occurs overnight.
I could not ask for more. We are very happy with all the care my sister-in-law gets from the carer.
Love 2 Care Homecare genuinely care about their clients. They go above and beyond. Care is their priority. My grandparents have dementia and Love 2 Care take the time and spend quality time with them. Love 2 Care reassure me I can leave them and not worry. I couldn't recommend Love 2 Care enough.

Care for my mum so far is excellent.
My mum has a regular carer who has got to know my mum and the way she likes things done. The carer and office communicate well with next of kin and do special visits at Christmas time for the management to my mum and all customers what a lovely touch.
I think the care I am getting is very good. They make me feel very comfortable and are always happy and seem to be pleased to help and support in any way. I have a usual carer most of the time who really knows me and how I like things but when they are off on annual leave all other carers have been lovely.
My step mum has adjusted well to having carers due to the friendliness of the carers and making her feel at ease. My step mum is deaf and communication with the carers has been excellent. As next of kin, I have always been kept in the loop with my step mum's care and any issues have always been reported to me immediately. I would highly recommend Love 2 Care.
