The service has been fully satisfactory so far. Everything is going well and smoothly. Nothing to complain about.
Everything is going ok with the carers. I get on well with my carers. Generally happy with the care, no complaints.
The company has employed new staff and this has had a massive positive effect on the service provided. Visits are on time and extended for the agreed amount of time. Whilst all staff and carers carry out their duties in an efficient and professional manner, there are staff who exceed our expectations and supply a level of care which is outstanding. Communication from senior members of staff is excellent. Overall the company genuinely tries to provide a good service and achieves this on a regular ongoing basis.
My son has learning difficulties and autism and has required support since January. I have found the staff always helpful if any issues arise. The care worker always comes on time and has really engaged with my son, taking him out for the day. If there is an issue with my son's behaviour the care worker has been able to handle it well with a good outcome.
I'd like to thank the carers and staff for forever providing a professional and reassuring service to my God mum, It has allowed us to worry less about her well-being, thank you My Homecare once again.
My Homecare has been providing care for my husband for the past two years. The carers are lovely and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to meet all of my husband's needs. They prove great care and ensure the well-being of my husband at all times. The team in the office are also kind and helpful, they are always at the end of the phone and contact me straight away if there are any concerns. I cannot recommend My Homecare highly enough.

When my mother's health deteriorated I was very keen to get her some additional help and My Homecare (Herts, Beds & Bucks) was recommended. The service was always excellent with carers arriving punctually and fulfilling all the tasks professionally and with a great deal of care. All of the carers engaged well with mum and when necessary contacted me promptly too. Nothing was too much trouble and it was very helpful having mum's timetable emailed to me weekly so that I could warn her when the carers were due. When mum's situation deteriorated My Homecare was able to double up the number of visits instantly - a very pleasing response at a difficult time. All the carers were exemplary and the team leader was also always available. Thank you!
From commencement of service, there has always been an open line of communication. Any issues are able to be sorted out quickly either by myself on behalf of my father or at the care teams request.
I am so impressed with the quality of care provided to me. I am treated with the utmost respect and dignity. All carers are kind and understanding. The management team is magnificent. If there is ever an issue, we discuss it immediately and it is resolved. I have had a few care agencies over the past few years and My Homecare is by far the best!
