I had a fall before Christmas, I needed help at home when I came out of a particular clinic. My family contacted Berkeley Home Health South East. I have had the most amazing help and kindness from the carer you sent to me. She has helped my recovery, to no end and I am very grateful. She is delightful and very personable. Thank you, for such a well-trained helper.

We accessed care from Berkeley Home Health when my family was under acute stress, we had lost my mother, I was very unwell and my disabled father needed help with his complex needs. We had two 24-hour carers, both of them were very professional and gave my father exemplary care. We felt confident that Dad's needs were being met in a gentle, kind manner that protected his dignity and enhanced his life. We are most grateful for the care he received.

When my 90-year-old dad had a fall in November and two hospital stays we were desperate to make him safe when he came home. We were struggling to find care. Berkeley stepped in at short notice and provided live-in carers who have been with him since. Dad has severe mobility problems and other medical conditions that need to be monitored. These lovely people care for Dad, take all his little eccentricities in their stride and enable him to get outside to his sheds and tinker and that is as important as anything else. Dad has got on well with each new carer and as a full-time carer for my partner, I know how hard it can be. I am full of admiration for these carers who come into someone else's home and take on that role so efficiently and supportively in strange surroundings.

They have done everything and more to cater for my brother's needs. They assisted me 100% when I moved my brother to live nearer to me after our mother died. I'd like to thank them for all of that support - I couldn't have done it without them.

The service from both the management and carers has been excellent. Especially the carer we have presently, she is extremely kind, patient and caring.

A good workforce, always willing to help. Continual comments about travel time between clients and rates of pay.
