Dreadful care for my mum, having come out of hospital with a fractured spine. Not turning up at suitable times, staying 10-15 mins for 30 mins calls, office not willing to make changes and unhelpful and rude. They really should have their contracts removed, absolutely shocking. Surely claiming fees for full calls when not delivering should be fraud?

We have had issues with care provided to my sister, or not as the case has proven recently. Nobody bothered to turn up yesterday evening and we are unable to get a satisfactory explanation and nobody appears to be interested. So much for the claim that first-class one-on-one care is provided, this is absolutely not the case.

Up until now, the girls have been great and I have no problems with them.

All of your lady carers were most excellent - nothing was too much trouble - a wonderful service. I'd never needed personal care before now but I couldn't have done without your ladies. However, after just a few weeks I was able to shower myself. Thank you so much.

The carers have been really nice and pleasant. My husband wouldn't let the young girls shower him but they gave him a good wash and dress him, which was a good help to me.

Only had a few carers in - just been handed over from rapid response, but my dad seems OK with the carers so far. That's all that counts, as long as my dad is fine, it's all good.

All the staff are very friendly and professional. My dad has been treated with respect and dignity at all times. Really pleased with the service provided.
