I am being treated with kindness and respect. I enjoy a completely cooked meal every day. I receive fantastic care from all the staff who are well trained, friendly, neat and work with dignity and respect. In addition, the staff are very professional and any concerns are dealt with efficiently. Whatever their role they are kind and professional often going above and beyond to ensure my happiness, safety and my well-being. I also receive 24-hour care and all services are more than expected. I will recommend Bluebird Care at all times.
I have found all the staff to go above and beyond in their care for my mother-in-law. Her main carer is the most caring, conscientious and diligent person and we are lucky to have her. The manager is kind, helpful and full of empathy. Can't thank them enough for their care.

The support and care I have received for my husband over the last 12 months have been invaluable. From personal care to emotional support the company could not have given more.
The day to day care is good, the carers are friendly and helpful, generally arriving on time where possible. The standard of personal care is good and their attention to the prevention of infection during Covid has been good. The biggest problem for me, as well as the carers, is a lack of communication with the organisers so I often have no idea who is coming. There have been some instances where I have not been consulted about a referral to other agencies e.g the Occupational Therapist district nurses. I need to know and discuss when these are made.
In March 2017, at the age of 41, I had a massive brain haemorrhage, leaving me with profound disabilities. I am also a single parent. Before I had Bluebird, I had lots of different carers and agencies, none of which could meet my needs. It is very difficult been reliant on others, and agencies were set up to carter for elderly people, not a young (ish) disabled person with a child. I have been so much happier since Bluebird have been supporting me. My quality of life has improved, and I am treated with respect. Bluebird is enabling me to live my life despite my disability.
We are delighted with the care and support we receive. If times have to be changed we are notified well in advance. You should be very proud of the carers you supply. They are kind, considerate and knowledgeable and never make you feel you are putting on them
