Good contact and communication with owner at all times and very good
feedback. Care and attitude towards the client is excellent and the
overall management is the strength of the business and service levels.

Calls cut short - they were paid for a full hour but always cut the call
short - often to 15-30 minutes. Constant turnover of staff -
inexperienced and untrained staff. Demotivated and unhappy carers with
no support from the company. Organisation of calls/visits chaotic and
constantly changing. Communication from the office was sporadic and
'blunt' to the point of being rude. No communication of late calls. No
consistency. Dreadful quality all around.
