Can't express enough how professional and excellent staff the company employ would recommend the company to any one they come in my home I feel so safe and secure for my husbands care from this excellent care company wouldn't use any other I would like to say a big thankyou to all the team at best care

Can't thank this company enough, they helped me out from a very tricky situation at such short notice (only a couple of hours) enabling my elderly parents and especially my mum (who has late stage dementia) to remain at home. The carers are lovely and the admin side was done very professionally. We are on our third week of 24/7 care as we don't trust social services, it is self-funded, and it's not cheap but it's a lot cheaper than other care companies, some of which I am still awaiting a reply from. I highly recommend.

My family started using Best Care as my mum had Alzheimer's and she nor my family wanted to put her in a home as she was very scared of them. I truly cannot recommend this company highly enough, they were the smiliest, most caring carers I have ever known, there was a language barrier but just a simple thing as leaving a writing pad if Mum could not understand them, that was the only downside we found but even then, their bubbly, happy selves, it did not matter. We had this company for nearly a year and I could not fault them, always on time, if asked to change times they did it almost immediately, if the odd time running late, they would ring and let you know, the care plan was also so infornative and you could just log in and see what Mum had eaten etc. Truly, 100%, I would recommend this company, thank you Best Care, you truly were best care. Sadly, my mum died at home but that would never have happened if it was not for their help.

Just like to say my father has had Best Care carers since September 2023, can not fault them, they provide great care to my father and would recommend them to all. The whole experience has been fantastic, all staff are professional and caring, five stars.

My carers are great, the only thing is they move them constantly, they should stay in the same area as a service user. We get used to the same carers treating me with care and dignity, they should not be moved to different places.

I have found Best Care a good company to deal with, the only problem that I have is that they send different caregivers nearly every time and I don't like that. I would prefer caregivers to be the same ones for most of the week and on their days off I don't mind others coming to fill in for them, this is my only complaint that I have with them.

Extremely pleased with all the care given. Always arrive on time, very pleasant, patient, and caring. Always maintain my brother's privacy and dignity and treat him with respect at all times. Always cheerful and courteous.

Our carers arrive at the same time every day (unless there was a previous emergency). They take my advice on the best way to help my husband. They are always polite and respectful of our wishes and adapt quickly to new regimes. The office staff always try to accommodate extra visits if needed. They carry out the care with respect of persons in a quiet, efficient but caring manner.

The members of staff from Best Care Liverpool, who provide my husband’s care, are truly caring, polite and always professional, despite my husband’s sometimes aggressive and abusive behaviour, they treat him with patience and dignity. They are compassionate and understanding of his mood swings. They use various distraction techniques to calm and reassure him. They are always cheery and interested in our daily plans. My husband is involved as much as he is able. He enjoys a bit of banter revolving mainly around food and drink, his favourite subjects. They always leave him comfortable and well cared for, things he needs close to hand before wishing us both a cheery goodbye. A well-deserved five-star rating.

We adore many of the lovely carers who come out to help my nan. Especially two carers in particular. These two wonderful people always treat my nan with the utmost care and respect. I feel that they both genuinely care about her well-being and will go out of their way to ensure she is well looked after and happy. Their communication with the family is second to none. They are fantastic at their job and I feel so lucky that they care for my nan. Their service is outstanding all of the time! The only issue I have had is that sometimes the care from some of the other carers is inconsistent. Some do not take the time or put in the effort to get to know my nan or to learn ways to deal with her, i.e. try to get her to eat/drink or are quite inattentive towards her. Which is a real shame. A member of staff in the office is very responsive and will always try to accommodate requests/changes/concerns etc.

We are very pleased with the service your carers provide for my mother. Carers are always on time and never miss a visit which is great piece of mind for us. They always let me know of any barriers that may impact on the care they provide for Mum, e.g. when medication or consumables are due to run out or suggestions on how we can help to improve Mum's quality of life.

The service provided by Best Care Liverpool has been a real lifeline for my mum and our family. We’ve had a few hiccups along the way as this was the first care arrangement we’ve needed and as a family, we were all learning what this meant in reality but fortunately, both the carers and the managers are receptive to feedback and have worked with us to ensure Mum is given care relevant to her changing needs and are mindful of ensuring Mum is treated with dignity and care - which is so important to us all. Mum particularly likes that a couple of the carers like to chat as much as she does as this can be the highlight of her day. I’d have no hesitation recommending this team to others looking to support a loved one.

The staff are excellent. Apart from their necessary duties, they take the time to get to know the service users and their individual needs, both mentally and physically are identified and catered for with love, care and enthusiasm. Very satisfied and happy!

I am happy with the work of the carers, they all do a good job looking after my mum, apart from a couple a while back who said they couldn't take mum in from the TV room to the living room because they weren't insured.

My partner is cared for by St Helens Best Care Liverpool. He has a great team looking after him but today they outdid themselves. Today as a family, we celebrated our grandson's 25th birthday, who had sadly passed away. I needed my partner to be put in his wheelchair for a dove release. They arranged for the carers to call out of their time to do this for us, putting themselves out to help so now I would like to personally thank them for making this day special. Best Care Liverpool, you should be so proud of your carers because I know they are second to none. Thank you once again.

Best Care Liverpool is 100 per cent. All the care people that come are amazing, always pleasant, 100 per cent dedicated to their job. They are all so amazing. They are always happy lads and take their job with great joy - never had anyone like this care - brilliant service.

Hi, I have been using Best Care staff now since May 2023 and I have been impressed with the care provided. The staff are polite and friendly, I have a good rapport with the staff that take care of me, we enjoy their company as well as their expertise in caring for me. I highly recommend Best Care to anybody who needs first-class care with an emphasis on excellence in the care of anyone.

It's all good, they are without doubt the best carers my dad has ever had. Understanding of him the way they treat him. The interaction, with my also. I've learnt from their help with my dad. Things nobody has ever shown me before. My dad can also share a joke and smiles when they come to see him. Friendly, caring, warm, trustworthy. That part, the trust, is the most important part for me as his son. As I've never left my dad with a sitter since I've been his carer. And that's over 10 years. So for me to find a service like that. And my dad to be comfortable with somebody else being with him. So I can do shopping and do my learning course. Then I cannot say how much I appreciate you all. So thank you. Big thanks.

This team started in March of this year and they are a brilliant team. They are very helpful and caring and my dad likes them. They are very polite and cheerful and they make my dad laugh when they are changing him. Thank you guys from me.

The care for my father-in-law has been and still is exceptional. Every carer has been marvellous, friendly and thoroughly professional. I cannot thank BCL enough and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, who needs care for themselves or a family member.
