View Full Details of Moor and Coast Care LtdThe care provided by Moor and Coast Care is of a first-class standard and is well worth the cost. The carers are efficient friendly and helpful and 'go that extra mile' in order to be of service. I could not be without them.
The staff who come to me give excellent care. They are kind and respectful. Always clean and tidy, being mindful of hygiene issues too. They are easy to talk to about any aspect of personal care. On all aspects, they are professional and knowledgeable, and will say when the GP/hospital are needed. I am a wheelchair user and work at keeping any independence I have. They acknowledge this and know I will ask for assistance if I need help. I never feel rushed. I feel that nothing is a problem to them or too much trouble. Like most care teams an issue may arise when a team member needs some time off work to attend a medical appointment or a funeral etc. This may require a change in the time of one of my four daily calls. I am usually helpful and amenable with this. If it is a more permanent arrangement I would appreciate a quick call from the office asking me if this is suitable to me rather than being told that this is the new time. My family are also happy with my care.
