View Full Details of City Home Care LtdCity Home Care Ltd have been providing care for my mother and their services have been good, effective, responsive and caring. The staff were professional, reliable, arrived on time and gave us as a family a lot of support. Overall, a good service.
A good, friendly service. A few teething troubles at the beginning but they were quickly resolved. The ladies are nice, polite and professional, as are the managers who are always happy to help. My mother is happy with the service which says a lot as she is very difficult to please.
The carer is a true professional and very empathetic towards my ninety three old father who has mobility issues and also who had Covid-19 last year. My ratings below are for her in particular and not reflective of other carers in the organisation.
Carers from this agency are good caring people, time wise they do all in their power to help patients and their next of kin well informed. I have no issues with this service, mum is being looked after well, even when she may be difficult at times due to her diagnosis.
Great, warmhearted carers who have empathy which is displayed whenever they look after mom. We are truly grateful for their dedication and attention to details with her care. They are kind, friendly and they work very hard in ensuring mom's comfort and dignity is in tact.
City Home Care have been providing care for my mother and their services have been great. The staff were professional, reliable, have always arrived on time and gave us as a family a lot of support. Overall, excellent service.
I have had regular contact with the agency, communication levels are excellent, and contact over issues (both ways) is quick and knowledgeable. I have not been able to visit my mother during this time, but speak multiple times daily, she seems happy with the support and service given. I seem to be always kept updated with needs and requirements, thus far. My mother is 92 years old and gets confused sometimes as English is not the first language for some of the staff, but I want to point out that this is more a dementia and age issue, not race, colour or creed, but it seems like she has settled.
