As a family we were concerned when told our care provided was going to be changed over to another company. There really was no need for worry. Your team came in, made a transition extremely easy and my father's care has been nothing but exceptional. Every decision made by our carers for my dad, takes his wellbeing into account first and foremost. Thank you for treating my dad with respect and kindness whilst he sees out the rest of his days with us.

Very caring staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Very sociable and look forward to seeing them. Good to see smiling faces. Family members who have met them are pleased with their service as well. Well done!

Carers are treated politely and respectfully. Care: the quality varies from carer to carer.

Having used Fuchsia Homecare since July 2023 I have no complaints.

There is sometimes a lack of communication. More gentle care needs to be taken when moving. The care is good apart from odd carers want to do the care the way they want to not the way the service user wants.

The two carers are always happy and helpful.

It's okay, had problems last September with carers refusing to move my wife from bedroom to lounge. Had to have lifting hoists fitted which has taken nine months to get fitted.

Best carers we have had. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My husband has had four visits per day 7 days a week since March 2023, so we have met 9 different careers overall and they all have been lovely and will do anything to help!

Amazing care for my father! So organised! Making my dad's life better! And always on time! Even in difficult situations! Having had another care company these restored my faith again, very caring every detail! Love them thank you.

My carers are like family, I feel safe, respected and well cared for at all times, as a disabled lady living at home on her own, I couldn't have my independence without my carers.

The carers produce excellent work for the care of my wife, who has been bedridden since September of last year; they perform the care excellently. I can not fault the work that they do; they are very friendly and professional with the work that they do. They do everything that I could not do while she is in bed.
