Bluebird has provided excellent care for my father since he has required extra support in his home. Care staff are very friendly, caring and kind, treating my father with respect and dignity. They have a good rapport with him, especially the ones he sees regularly. I am kept well informed by management and the carers themselves of any problems that arise. The management team are very approachable and efficient.
New experience for me. Overall, I'm very pleased. The nurses are always pleasant and always help where needed. Staff plan not always correct.
Satisfied on all counts. It's difficult to read times on weekly schedule. Could the print be larger?
Bluebird supported my father at home for over a year up to January 2023 as his condition deteriorated through a number of health episodes. At every stage, the office staff were extremely responsive and managed to increase his care plan in a timely manner despite the well-known pressures on social care generally. This included finding an excellent emergency live-in carer over the recent Christmas and New Year period. The staff who visited and cared for Dad were invariably friendly, sociable and respectful. His two main carers were exemplary in their genuine interest and concern for him. Social care is not a perfect world but overall Bluebird gave us splendid support and I am very grateful for their help.

We had experience of a previous care agency but went with Bluebird because they did shorter visiting times. Because of our experience with another supplier, I know that Bluebird fell short in a number of areas (the other provider was far superior and also cheaper). The management constantly came to us with problems rather than being solution-led and just kept trying to extract more and more money. Two or three of the carers were fabulous but others were not. When we tried to change carers (which they claim to be able to and you pay a premium for) they were not able to facilitate this. Please do your research with other care agencies before going to Bluebird.

Prompt, professional service. Clear, concise communication. Dignity and personalised attention are a priority. Staff are valued and happy. Family support is excellent. Warm and welcoming, comfortable, trustworthy and honest.
I thought that all communication with the company was extremely professional. All my questions were answered and they put my mind at rest. They seemed to really care for my mother's well-being and spoke to her without patronising. She seemed comfortable in their presence, as this is the first time we had needed a carer to visit her whilst I was away. Overall, I was very pleased and confident to let them into my mother's house and trust them with her care. Would definitely use this company again in the future.
I have no complaints. I receive first-class care and I would complain if otherwise.
The company has a nice group of ladies, staff and carers. 98% of the carers were very good, and we made a few friends amongst them.

Daily care for half an hour for help with shower and washing up. Regular carer is excellent and for days off excellent replacements. Management always responds quickly and courtesy.
Regular carers don't need reminding what to do and are generally very efficient and caring. I enjoy chatting with them when they have spare time at the end.
I have experienced Bluebird Care for approximately 18-months. During this period, I have had the same carer except for holidays and sickness. I have been pleased with all the Bluebird Care staff who have attended and contributed using Bluebird Care Gosport.

Can't recommend Bluebird Care highly enough. They started looking after my mum in September 2020 and helped her to stay in her flat independently until January 25th 2021, she is now in a care home. From the moment they took over her care I had peace of mind, especially being able to view their app daily where I would see my mum was happy washed, dressed and fed. They were able to do extra visits with short notice and one occasion after a fall stayed with her after their shift until the ambulance arrived. Thank you on behalf of my mum and myself.
Fantastic level of care shown by all staff. Genuine and sympathetic people who treat Mum with dignity and maintain good contact with me. Always punctual with a smile, keeping Mum's spirits up during a difficult decline for her.
