My wife has poor health and I am not getting any younger so I decided to get assistance from a care provider. I contacted North Home Care and it has proven to be the best move I have made in a while. I have nothing but praise for all involved with this company. The office staff are very helpful pleasant and happy to meet my wife’s requests and requirements and always have time to discuss any concerns and know who to contact if a problem occurs. The carers are beyond words they are considerate, caring, compassionate, professional and go above and beyond any expectations on every call. My wife has improved greatly under their care and this has been commented on by others. I cannot recommend this company and all its staff highly enough. They excel in all areas.

North Home Carers looked after my Dad for several years. They provided a really high standard of care and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure he was well looked after. I would definitely recommend.

I cannot thank North Home Care enough for the professional and dignified way they looked after my husband in his final days. Even though he was nonverbal, they spoke to him and treated him with such care and grace. All the carers, both the trainees and the more experienced, the young and the more mature, went about their work with my husband in such a lovely and dignified way, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Even if the care was only for a very few days, it made such an impact and was such a great help to us both and meant I could be a wife to my husband and not his carer. I wish all care would be based on the North Home Care standards and I wish all the best for your future.

My elderly friend who suffers from early stage dementia has been looked after by the wonderful staff at North Home Care. I know she can be very demanding and cantankerous at times. She has always been dealt with respect and kindness. What I really love is if I ever have any concerns you can actually get through to the owner of the business who knows all the clients.

North Home Care are a wonderful bunch of people, kind and helpful, their carers are so thoughtful and always have time to make sure everything is ok before they leave. I called in a couple of days ago to talk to someone in the office about getting care for a friend and they couldn't do enough for me and came out that day to assess them. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for any type of care.
