View Full Details of Noble Live-in Care, National ProviderMy sisters and I have been impressed with the carers who have looked after our mum and dad. In particular two staff members. They are patient, kind and flexible. Mum and dad have been able to stay together and stay at home because of these women. Where we have been less happy has been with the finance team. Trying to sort issues and get information has been time consuming and more difficult than it need be.
After a shaky start with other agencies, Noble was a breath of fresh air at a very worrying time for us. From the initial phone call, which I found reassuring and helpful, to the placement of carers, everything was handled well and professionally. We have changed carers a few times, mainly due to carers leaving for other jobs or just incompatibility, but Noble always supported us and promptly found new carers who were experienced in Alzheimers and dual care. The dual care aspect of the agency is wonderful and has allowed my parents to stay together in their own home.
This is the first time the family have used Live-in care for my aunt who has been in a care home. I am very impressed with how knowledgeable, helpful and understanding the staff have been. The care worker has gone out of her way to help make the transition easy for my aunt. The carer is very efficient, kind and helpful which is very reassuring for me as I know my aunt is in safe hands. Thank you!
One of the support staff supplied did not follow the care plan. Which was very well written by the care manager. The other care worker is reliable and very supportive. The Care manager was very quick to resolve the problem and the offending worker was removed.
Took a little while for my parents to settle with live-in care but it is now working well. Care staff are capable and look after parents well - a difficult job with both parents living with Dementia/Alzheimers. Concerns over the level of support the carers receive from Noble, I'm not sure if there are regular check-ins to see if everything is ok to talk through any issues etc - feel they could be better supported as, after all, they are the bread and butter of any care agency.
We needed to arrange live-in care for my elderly mother after a fall resulting in a broken arm. It was all a bit of a mad rush as the NHS discharge care package was taking too long to become available and wasn't appropriate for Mum. A couple of phone calls with Noble Live-in Care and we had a carer organised a start date agreed and a care plan in place - all within a few days - amazing! Mum came home, a member of staff turned up to complete the care needs assessment and later the same day Mum's carer turned up and stayed for two weeks while we arranged a care home placement. The carer was such a lovely fit for Mum's needs. The whole process could not have been made easier and the care Mum received was wonderful. I can't recommend Noble Live-in Care highly enough. The whole team were just fantastic and the care Mum received was wonderful.
It has been reassuring to have a good carer here for support and vital assistance. The loss of independence has been hard to take but encouragement has been essential for my mental health recovery too.
The carer is a very caring and attentive person who is always looking at more effective ways of caring for my mother. She is very concerned with health and safety and has adapted her work to ensure maximum safety. She takes time to engage with my mother and is always very supportive and encouraging. She is always warm and cheerful and creates a very pleasant atmosphere around the house.
The staff and management have been really great. If there are any teething problems, they will work with the family and do their upmost to iron out any problems. They really do go above and beyond to keep the client and family happy and secure. Great after care, nothing seems two much, very professional attitude. They care about giving a great level of care.
Very often we find ourselves in a situation where our loved ones have been incapacitated and we don't know where to turn because the problem we are faced with is too much to handle on our own. We need help and information, we need the right people. Fortunately, I was led to Noble Live-in Care, where my son has been provided with not just carers, but companionship as well, which is crucial to a person's wellbeing. With encouragement from us and his carer, he loves to get involved in gardening. He is involved in something everyday. The satisfaction we have is knowing that with 'full-time' care he is semi independent. For me, coordination is 'everybody' working together and that's why the overseeing of a coordinator from Noble Live-in Care is so necessary, checking to make sure that everybody is satisfied. We all need a group of people working together which eliminates worry and concern. Thank you Noble Live-in Care for everything.
As I am quite capable to look after myself, I found that the carers used the 'spare' time thus afforded them for running their own lives/businesses instead of helping me. It was okay when life ran smoothly, but occasionally it led to disharmony. For example, one evening I asked the carer to help me with a small task and the response was that it did not say in her contract that she has to work after 8pm. As mine was an exceptional request, I did not take to her response too kindly. On the whole, the service was good.
My mother had 3 carers, they were extremely considerate of her. They understood her needs and also how she preferred to have them met. My siblings and I all appreciated the communication we had with the carers, and how evident it was that they cared for my mother and saw her as a person not just a client. My mother‘s needs increased in the last month of her life, and the carers were excellent in determining when they needed professional support and seeking further advice. I rang daily and always received an update. I visited weekly and was able to provide support to them as my mother was unable to provide details regarding the house. It was evident that my mother felt safe with the 3 carers who had been in place together since January and worked well as a team. they ensured she saw the farmland she loved. My mother’s wish was to remain at home until she died and Noble Live In care enabled this to happen.
In 2022 we had a very good carer who has now moved on. 2023 started with a few problems but has now settled down with two very good carers alternating and the company is very flexible when family provide cover for a week or two. The regular contact from the office is very good and much appreciated.
The quality of care provided is excellent. The carer that looks after me, takes good care of me personally. If I need anything doing, I ask and I’m sure that you all do the best you can to support me. Overall I’m happy with the quality of care I’m receiving at the moment.
Noble Care has been efficient and helpful in sorting out care for my mother. All the processes have been fully explained. They were able to be flexible when my mum did not need their services on the date we anticipated.
Best Care provider in the UK. I found all staff and management helpful and professional in all regards. According to my experience, I give 5 stars for their service in this care sector and management is always available for help.
We were very unhappy with the private carer we had initially employed. Social Services in our opinion worsened the situation. We managed, in the end, to replace the live-in carer with a Noble carer. The quality of care is so different. We now have a mum who is more confident, calmer, more chatty, happier and far better cared for, Mum says her carer is kind, polite, very attentive, calm, she is treated with dignity and she is very pleased we went with Noble. Care was put in rapidly. Any potential problems were dealt with thoroughly and to our satisfaction. I wish we had employed Noble at the start. Thanks Noble.
Experience over the last year has been very good. I've had the same wonderful carer for the entire year.
