Mostly have the same carer each day but all the carers have been very good. Very cheerful and positive, nothing too much trouble. Prompt every day and do all the things we've asked them to do. We would recommend.

Prompt, kind and courteous care at all times. A very professional and respectful company that can be trusted and have never let us down in any way. We have been lucky enough to benefit from their services for quite some time for our care needs and would 100 per cent recommend .

These carers have looked after my client for many years now and I have found them to be very caring, efficient, and helpful. They will also go beyond their normal duties to ensure my client is well looked after. I know she appreciates all they do.

We have been a client's neighbour for the past 17 years and through regular visits have got to know the Carers. The attitude and care provided were exemplary and often went above and beyond what was expected of them providing our friend with good humoured company and making her life far more pleasant.

SW Care has been providing personal care and domestic support for my mother for several years (at the beginning SW Care was part of a different company). From the start, we were helped to understand how Mum's needs were likely to develop and how SW Care would be able to tailor their support to ensure she always had the care she needed. I cannot praise the carers who work with Mum enough. They are very skilled and deeply thoughtful. They always have suggestions when new issues arise and they have expertly managed serious crises including falls, transitions back from hospital after the falls, and the death this year of mum's disabled alcoholic partner. I have found it really easy to communicate with SW care and my questions are always answered very promptly.

Both my Client and I were very pleased with and appreciative of the care services provided over a period of several years. Care Managers were always ready to discuss any matters arising and carers frequently helped with shopping, collection of prescriptions from GP/ Pharmacy, and other activities which were over and beyond their core remit. My client looked at them as friends.

Excellent, caring service. Always went the extra mile. Gave mum quality of life and dignity in her last couple of years. All the staff were efficient and friendly. Easy company to deal with. Gave the family peace of mind and reassurance. Such lovely people.

We could not be more pleased with the care given to my brother-in-law. As we can't be available for him we rely on his excellent carers to cover his every need as they do perfectly. Overseeing medication, cooking meals, shopping, sorting laundry, ensuring incontinence needs are in place, and accompanying my brother-in-law to appointments and anywhere the need arises. We are updated if anything is needed to ensure Roy's care. Roy himself is really happy with the care he has.

Dad has had a new lease of life since SW Domiciliary came into his life. He tells me every week how happy he is with their help. They are also excellent at communicating with me and responding quickly to any query or request. He would be unable to live independently without their care, they truly are wonderful.

Because I have a 24-hour live-in carer, I only need to employ SW Domiciliary Care five mornings each week. I have excellent continuity with the carers that are sent to me, meaning few changes throughout the year.

Carers provided excellent service - they were kind and patient with my mother, provided all the care she needed and kept me informed of problems or issues, so they could be resolved. Their visits were on time, in accordance with the ones agreed upon, and the ladies never left if there was something that needed doing, even when it went over the allotted time. Couldn't fault the care and kindness provided.

The care provided is extremely good. My mother is consistently supported by a small group of carers who know her well, and she always knows which carer is coming for all her sessions a week in advance. On rare occasions when new staff are introduced to her, this is managed well. We have been able to adapt to the support she receives over time as her needs have changed. My mother is able to manage her care package herself to a great extent, but there is a good level of communication with her named family contacts when appropriate.

This agency has been providing care for my father for several months. They have been totally reliable, communicate regularly, and demonstrate a high level of care and understanding.
