Throughout the past two and a half years using Pats Care I have been so impressed by what they have done for my mum. The care that has been provided has always been great, but the carer who has been primarily looking after my mum for more than a year now is exceptional. We all feel very fortunate to have her as the care and professionalism that she brings to the job cannot be bettered. All the other carers we have met have been kind, caring and very professional. My contacts with the office have always been great, helpful and productive.

The carers from Pat's Care are very kind, cheerful and well trained. My mum's carers come from the same team so the family get to know them and equally the carers get to know the client and her family. There is continuity of care which is so important. I really value that. The carers can spot when things are not right with my mum and point it out to me. If there is a criticism, it would be that one or two carers sometimes talk over my mum in private conversations. Pat's Care is flexible and will provide carers to suit the family's needs. This is very helpful and supportive for the family. A year ago, the carers also helped my father on 2 separate occasions: when he fell and when he was choking on his tablets going down the wrong way. He is not officially a client but nonetheless, they recognised an emergency and went out of their way to help.

I have been very pleased with the professional service from PATS care, the carer has gone over and beyond to look after and care for Mum, and I can rely on them to provide quality care that supports Mum's limited ability. The advice from staff has been second to none, they are always readily available to answer questions or prompt to return calls. I am thoroughly pleased with the service and would highly recommend it.

I wholeheartedly recommend Pats Care to anyone in need of care services. Their commitment to excellence, compassion, and individualised care is truly remarkable. They have not only met my expectations but have exceeded them, making a challenging situation so much more manageable. Such a lovely team!

Amazing service from Pats Care especially the 2 ladies who look after my mum each day and have been seeing my mum since her return home from hospital in October 2022. The ladies are there every day without fail and show my mum such kindness and warmth. Mum has built a bond with the ladies, which means that as a family we can rest easy knowing Mum is in great hands and cared for when we are not around. It means so much to us all as a family. Thank you so much you are amazing.

My carers are absolutely amazing. I have had them for a while now. They are kind, caring and would do anything for me. I can honestly say I don't have any complaints and never had any problems.

Pats Care is the best care agency that I have experienced since my husband had illness and mobility conditions. They do care for the client and always listen to their needs. They respect the client's privacy and provide a good care service.

Always pleased with my care. Good service. Lovely ladies that look after me and meet all my needs. They keep me extremely clean and make sure I eat and drink properly. They always report to the office if I’m not well or to my friend. The ladies are always happy and I’m always pleased to see them.

Since Pat Care agency has been providing care and support for my 87 years old mother for over eight months. I can honestly say my mother has been very looked after, and she has been happy with the carers, especially when it comes to communication with them, as the language barrier was not an issue for Mother, as the carers can understand to communicate with my mum in Arabic, which is my mum’s first language.

The caregiver gave five star care to my mum maintaining all care standards from their trainings. They were punctual and maintained a high standard of their skills in health and safety of their client with standards of day to day living of their client. They were caring empathic knowledgeable in their work as mature carers they were. My mum was looked after by the same carers for over five years because of their capabilities in handling her complex issues. They were amiable with her and she refused them to be replaced by someone else. I will recommend them to anyone who wants their help because they satisfied my mums needs which is complex they will be able to meet other people’s needs. Yes I highly recommend them because they are reliable and resilient in their work.

This company do not provide "care". A safeguarding issue has been raised. The carers of my mother have neglected her and she is now hospitalised. Please do not let this company anywhere near your loved ones.
