When my wife was in hospital 18 months ago. The hospital advised us to use Springwood Healthcare. The carers are excellent, all of them. My wife is very happy with them. I rely on them all the time. I could not do without them. As most of them use public transport, the timings are sometimes a bit erratic, but that's okay as I am always home. I would recommend Springwood Healthcare all of the time.

My regular care worker comes to clean every week. She is polite, hardworking and good at her job. When she was on holiday, her replacement was not suitable for this type of work, so I was not happy. However, the company was very reactive to my situation, did an in-depth customer call to discuss the issues and have responded excellently to the issues.

Springwood’s support during my move was exceptional, and I can’t emphasize enough the invaluable role played by two of the carers. Their dedication and exceptional service made the transition smoother than I could have imagined. Their care and assistance in settling my husband in were truly remarkable. My heartfelt thanks to Springwood and the carers for their outstanding support during this crucial time. Continue the good work for your services is so important to so many vulnerable people.

Springwood are taking excellent care of my mother, all the carers are kind and considerate and I feel they are genuinely fond of my mother. They are friendly and patient. This care company is the best we have ever used. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Satisfied with the care workers. At times the timekeeping was erratic, but once explained to the agency that this was making Mum anxious, it changed.

Morning staff carer is the best carer. She comes on time, takes care of me very professionally and is always on time. Showers me properly, gives me medication and brings self on time.
