I would just like to recommend SNE the staff who visit my Dad are so patient and caring with him. The manager that I have spoken to has gone above and beyond to help me at a time that as many people will understand is very daunting trying to navigate a system that we are not familiar with, well done keep up the good work.

Dad is very happy with his carers. They are very respectful and kind and caring and he enjoys their company. They help encourage him to eat even when he doesn't feel like eating and explain how important it is to eat more often.

My experience with SNE Care has been wonderful. I have been with this company since July 2022. The management has always addressed my concerns timeously. The carers are always on time and they have treated me with dignity. The carers communicate very well and I highly recommend SNE Care Services.

Lovely and friendly and happy staff, also considerate and very patient towards my granddad, they are willing to help where needed, also feel that I can leave my grandad and go to work knowing he's in good hands.

Our contact begins with office staff who are always friendly and do all they can to accommodate any changes to our call times that we require, we are contacted often both by phone and in person to check everything is well. Carers are polite and normally on time. They care for my husband with respect and diligence and often make him smile and laugh. They always take time to speak to me about my husband, if they notice anything but they also speak to me as a person which is brilliant. Over the last 15 years, we have used other care companies but we can honestly say that since we started to use SNE approximately 9 months ago we have had no problems and that they are definitely the best we have used.

I can only select one month to review so I have selected August. Your staff are required to go into a work placement 2 days a week with my disabled son and be his carer for the day helping in all tasks and personal care. Reports back are good and my son is happy to go in with your staff. Outside of August, I have had two all-day cancellations and although if you do not have the appropriately trained staff then that is the most sensible option, it does however highlight that you need more staff trained in supporting my son which I was told by the office that you would do.

We have had excellent care, some of the carers going over and above duties. Found mots of carers very polite and caring nature. Most of them have a conversation with us. Very pleased.

I have been receiving good service from SNE staff. All the carers that come here are all excellent. They offer companionship which is important to me, I have the opportunity to socialize with different carers who come on a daily basis. They are so caring and kind to me.

SNE has worked to provide our dad with a core team of carers who are absolutely lovely. They are so friendly and stay in touch if they feel that anything is amiss. The carers are very diligent in their provision of care.

Satisfactory service provided by carers who make a difference. They show genuine desire to meet the needs of the client. The admin staff are very helpful, and altogether we receive a good service, and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.

Caring and professional staff always on time and reliable. Staff are experienced and knowledgeable they are respectful towards the whole family and deliver an amazing service. They go above and beyond what has been asked of them.

SNE Care Services has been great for us. After an initial meeting with the manager, letting her know my daughter's requirements, a small team was set up so that there would be consistency for her. There are days when my daughter is very challenging. However, alongside her full-time PA, they all work great together as a team. I asked that the agency staff not wear their uniforms so as not to unsettle my daughter, which, I believe maybe let my daughter know she’s just out with ‘the girls’. Always willing to go over and beyond. The manager is always accessible and does her utmost to provide the care we need. Despite the price of this, I would highly recommend.

A company who care about the client and cared for and go out of their way to support them, keeping the client informed of any changes to calls or visits. Carers keep clients happy with chat and entertained and go out of their way to support both the carer and cared for.

Well satisfied with service provided. It is unfortunate that you do not have more staff due to shortages, but it is nice to see those who come regularly and can't thank them enough. If any complaints, then they would be reported immediately.

I would recommend SNE to anyone in my position. The staff are lovely, caring and professional; they will do all they can to help you and always ensure they do it with dignity and respect. I would not go to anyone else; I love SNE and the staff here.

Worst 3 years 11 months of my life. The managers and owner lie to cover each other, they have a totally unprofessional relationship in that the owner babysits for the manager. Even attending meetings with clients leaving his daughter and her son in his car, and not answering the on-call phone as they are at family parties. The company is not run for the clients, it's as if they pay the clients for using their service. It's time the local authority stopped giving this company packages. Definitely not recommended as a care company. The carers are badly let down by the management team in the main the owner and manager.

SNE Care Services supported me to look after my mother for over 3 years. In all this period, I found them to be very professional and genuinely concerned about meeting my mother's needs. The carers took their time when visiting my mother and some took the time to talk to mum although she had dementia and was unable to communicate. SNE tried to send the same carers whenever possible so my mother could form relationships and carers could get to know the routines. As my mother's condition deteriorated, the senior staff were able to advise me on the support available for mum and often they would contact other agencies e.g. social workers, OT services, GP etc. on my behalf. I will always be grateful to the carers that came to look after mum and SNE for making my life and my mother's life so much easier. I could not have coped without them.
