There was an error when the pharmacy delivered someone else's medication to her home and the carer dispensed it. The list of medications on page 34 of her file had one of the doses wrong. Some of the carers are unfamiliar with putting her hearing aids in and one did not even close the battery compartment. I have only received one invoice as her care commenced on 05/02/24 and that was wrong, but following my phone call, quickly rectified. My mother says the carers are very polite, attentive and punctual.

I would like to express my thanks for the wonderful care and support the carers are giving my husband. They are so helpful in caring for his needs. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are very helpful and are always smiling. We are so glad to have such wonderful carers and management.

Heritage Healthcare, what an amazing company to have partnering up with myself as my partner's carers. We would never cope without them, they are our extended family. If we didn't have them my partner would be living in a care home. The quality of care they provide to us is exceptional. And we both know if there are any issues or emergencies they are at the end of the phone for us. We would highly recommend them to everybody. A massive thank you and well done to Heritage Healthcare.

Outstanding care, punctual and if running late, they ring carers always have time for a chat with my dad and myself. They know him pretty well now and his sense of humour. One day in particular the carer said he didn't think dad was sounding himself, I just thought I was being a anxious carer, they suggested to get a GP out which we did, my dad had had a mini stroke. I cannot fault their care at all and management are extremely helpful an I would highly recommend this company.

Really pleased with all the carers, they are all brilliant, caring, helpful and patient when my mum is angry. She's not the best with anyone and they all work through it and comfort her. I can't ask for a better care service and I recommend Heritage to everyone, they are 100%. I wouldn't want to lose them, they are all lovely with my mum. Even when she's been unwell and gone into hospital, they all have enquired how she is doing. I thank you all, I always refused carers for Mum for a long time, but I fell on my feet having Heritage. Thank you!

This is an excellent service, staff are respectful, cheerful, reliable and always patient and ask if anything else can be done. Staff go above and beyond. Sometimes, staff, have difficulty understanding me and their group's English needs to improve and language skills, training is needed. I also have difficulty understanding what some carers are saying to me. This is the only area where I think the service could be improved in all other ways it meets my needs and the staff help my wife care for me.

I’ve had carers for my husband the last few months and all of them have been brilliant. I cannot emphasise how amazing each and every person involved in my husband's care has been. Everyone is so friendly and happy when they arrive and they always make my husband feel at ease. They cheer him up no end. The care is exemplary and everyone is very accommodating. I cannot thank Heritage enough! 100/10!

Very pleased with all the staff that have come to my home. Always very caring and professional in all care aspects and lovely to talk to. It puts my husband at ease when he is frustrated. They do all they can to make him comfortable and clean. A big thank you to all.

Having been a client of Heritage Healthcare for a while now and have become reliant on some help in my daily life, I can honestly say that they are amazing, from management down to the carers. They always keep you informed about what is happening and if there are any problems, very friendly and professional staff. Could not be happier with my care package and if anybody ever asks me for a recommendation for a care company this is the first one I would suggest.

Heritage has become a big part of my wife and my life I look forward to them calling every day they engage in conversation and interaction and help her to communicate with them and other people we would be lost without them.

We are always happy to welcome the Heritage team to our home. They are always professional and cheerful when they arrive. Both my husband and myself are treated with respect. They never fail to leave before checking that everything is ok with us. They never fail to aks if there is anything more they can help us with.

My mother has been with Heritage Health care in Swansea for over two months and she is receiving fantastic care with really professional carers and very friendly service. The manager of the Swansea branch is very nice and so easy to talk to if you need her. I would definitely recommend Heritage Health Care Swansea to anyone who needs care.

Having a modest and very independent husband - I managed his very ill condition 24hrs a day for months. Following his discharge from hospital, I was forced to accept help from carers. Covid 19 prevented me from my family help. Heritage Healthcare was angels in disguise. They cheer my husband and lift his spirits treating him with courtesy and gentleness. They are clean and tidy and respectful. Thank you.

After a rocky start and not being happy with the standard of care he was having due to timing and thins not being done properly. I have noticed a big difference in the last couple of weeks and happy with everything so far, especially five particular members of staff.

I am very pleased with my care since coming home from the hospital. The carers re all caring, pleasnat and helpful and are more than welcome in my home and I look forward to their visits. My wife and I like to go out every day and sometimes in the evening or weekends and it is no problem cancelling the carer's visits if necessary.
