As per my memory, I have been getting service from Silver Stars for the last 3 years. I am very happy with the management and the service that I am getting from them. The carers who are attending for me are brilliant. They do their best for me always. I highly recommend Silverstars to anyone who is seeking care support.

Silver Stars it can be said are excellent at communication phone. They are pleasant, helpful and unruffled. If changes to arrangements are in the pipeline I can usually contact a member of staff during the late afternoon. While ready to react to events carers can point to a very acceptable record for punctuality and they have a sense of humour

My father receives excellent care from this team of carers. They arrive when they say they will and help him get up, washed/showered and dressed. He thinks very highly of them all. The Rota is sent out every evening so I can tell him in advance what time they are arriving the following morning. Very reassuring for the family too. No complaints.

I find Silverstars Care to be a really outstanding care provider. The overall care is exceptional. Each carer is very attentive and thoughtful of the needs of my wife. They all help her with compassion and in a friendly manner, which helps her a great deal. The atmosphere they create is a real help to me and I am very grateful for it. Also, I must say that not only are the staff friendly and cheerful, but they have shown great professionalism and have given me good advice about the care needs of a person with Alzheimer's. All staff arrive on time, as per the comprehensive rota that the office sends out to me - which again is a real help for me to know when staff are arriving. Overall, I am so pleased to have Silverstars helping my wife and I through this journey - I would highly recommend them.

Extremely understanding and always looking to meet the client's wishes - and even demands. Very predictable and reliable. They have gone out of their way to increase calling frequency from 2x to 3x a day. A good history and record of each visit is made and on the infrequent times I have called I have always had the feeling that they were fully on top of events on the day with my mother.

Every carer has been excellent, on time, very cheerful attitude and treats my partner with compassion and care and is always polite. I personally wouldn't know how I would cope without them, as before getting my partner showered and dressed was so hard and made my back ache etc. So thank you very much for your help.

I think overall the care has been amazing. There have been a couple of times that I have been fortunate to be there, things would be a bit different. Very friendly, and you can tell the people that care. Some spend the time chatting with mum, 1 or 2 do what they have to and go. Overall my mum is happy.

Carers excellent and one visit a day at 9.00 is very acceptable. Hopefully this will continue as it has for the last year. My wife has a wash every morning which is essential as she is bed-bound and her skin needs to be checked regularly, which is important and is being done regularly.

Silverstars care team provide everything you require. All needs are met. Staff and carers are friendly, reliable, thorough and caring. I have complete peace of mind knowing my elderly mother is being looked after so well when I’m not there.

Having had a holiday during May, we were pleased with the extra care we had asked to be done. Everyone was great, the care and times were spot on. My Mum-in-law had no problems while we were away and so we were able to enjoy our holiday.

I have always found every carer that comes to me to be very professional, caring and easy to talk to. Consequently, I look forward to their visits. Any problems we might have, have always been sorted out proficiently by the office staff too.
