They are always polite to me and always on time there very nice to me and gentle. I am always satisfied with the outcome.
The care team headed by the supervisor were all very diligent and caring. They were always thorough, caring, kind and on time. I would not hesitate to recommend the team and was sorry to see them go.
The manager and the team are very friendly and polite to us. I still have not met some of Mum's carers but my elder brother has and has only said good things about them. We also have the district nurses coming now thanks to the management.
My experience of Same Ways Care after my hip replacement operation was in every way positive. The care workers were all very kind and efficient and turned their hands to cleaning, pegging out washing, and ironing as readily as caring for me personally with ointments, moisturisers and other personal care tasks. I could not recommend them more highly.
The personal care given by the team ensured our mother's remaining time spent at home with her family was dignified. All members of the team worked hard to provide our mother and our family with direct and easy access to questions and solutions when requested. A very professional, organised and caring team.
Whilst initially nervous about carers coming to help with my husband during the later stages of his palliative care, we were both given an unexpected boost by the Same Ways Care team that came to our assistance. The individual members of the team were all interesting, intelligent, thoughtful, dedicated, kind, focussed, hardworking, reliable and in possession of a range of specialist nursing skills. It was a joy to get to know each other and made the morning visits a pleasure that set us up well for each day. Having a lead carer who came every single day was very special. It is with love and enormous gratitude that I thank the team for doing a fantastic job of looking after my husband and taking care of me too.
Your company has always been very considerate of my mum. This has been much appreciated knowing that she is safe and well looked after.
It is led from the front by the owner/manager of the care service. One day when they were short-staffed, and what care company is not short-staffed these days, the owner/manager came to our house herself early in the morning to wash and shower my wife. That is what I call a personal service. When we needed a carer for my wife as her dementia progressed, we joined Same Ways Care on the recommendation of a close friend who used them. She has been a highly respected nurse and health visitor. She really knew about standards of care! The two senior carers from Same Way who have looked after my wife are pure gold! They set an example that is difficult for others to emulate. Thank you to the whole team. I am only 90, but when decrepitude catches up, I'll be on the phone to Same Ways!
My grandmother has been receiving support from Same Ways Care due to her health deteriorating and needing a little extra support around the house. The care she is receiving has been brilliant; they pop in the see her and help with all the necessities. My grandmother always speaks fondly about the people who come over to care for her and how they always make a cup of tea and take the time to speak with her. I could ask for better support for her. I would recommend Same Ways Care to anyone who has a family member who needs support throughout the day.
This is an excellent service and very happy.
Same Ways cared for my mother at her home from the end of the "lockdown" in 2021 until the end of March this year. They provided a team of dedicated staff who: - made her cups of tea, prepared her meals, managed the food supply in her fridge, secured medication when it ran out, - liaised with multiple different adult social care organisations, healthcare organisations, GP practice, district nurse and hospitals (which is a project management job in itself) and - made her beds, did her washing, chatted to her, brought in their paintings and artwork and managed multiple crises as they occurred. They kept me up to date, and I had regular status updates and planning calls with Same Ways. All-round, the team were very supportive, and many individual carers went out of their way to help my mum.
My aunt was supported by Same Ways Care when her health deteriorated. The care she received was excellent, she was treated with dignity and respect, and carers often went the extra mile for her, taking her for coffee or to the garden centre. Nothing was too much trouble for them, which made my aunt very happy. Management was very helpful when I called the office, especially towards the end of my aunt's life. Thank you, Same Way Care, for a love experience in caring.
The overall service provided to my aunt was very good, and some staff exceeded their remit in their efforts to encourage my aunt, who has dementia, to call and drink; some even brought treats in for her. It was not always easy to find out how my aunt was progressing since paper care notes were moved to online recording, but care managers provided updates where required. The billing system was not always that transparent, but staff dealt with queries about discrepancies and did their best to resolve them. Overall, I was very happy with the care given to my aunt.
Very pleased with all the carers I have!
My mum and I are very pleased with her care from Same Ways. The carers she has from day to day are always kind, caring and helpful. Thank you very much.
Same Ways were always caring for my relative, sometimes in challenging circumstances. One criticism is that information did not flow from Same Ways to family members as well as I would have liked.
I am very happy with the service I get and with all the carers.
I am being looked after very well. The carers are always helpful, and I am happy with the service that is provided.
I am very happy with the service provided by Same Ways Care Ltd for my mother. The carers treat her and care for her in both a professional and kind manner. When my mother and I go away for a few days, Same Ways provide a carer to come with us. Because of this, I am able to enjoy our time together; the carer takes full responsibility for my mother's needs, giving me the time to completely relax.
