My father has been very happy with the carers who visit him they are friendly and spend time talking to him about interests they may have in common. They always make sure he is happy when they leave him.

My dad and I are very happy with the service that he receives from Serendip Home Care. The staff right from the top down to the carers are always very happy to help, to find what you the client want and need. Caregiving is not an easy job, and very often it's reflected in the attitude of the staff. Over the years my dad has had many "care agencies" try to provide the care that he requires in a dignified, respectful caring manner, Serendip has been the only one who is able to provide the "care" that should be central to and an integral component of the job.

Serendip Home Care has provided carers for our client who has been the subject of a Deputyship Order for a number of years. They have always looked after our client very well, and they have been empathic and intuitive as to the client's needs. Serendip provides good feedback and are always on top of problems when they arise.

The young ladies are very cheerful and polite. They just deal with my husband's changing behaviour on a day to day basis. This does change as he has dementia. If there are any issues they advise me about them and suggest what would be the best remedy. This takes away the constant worry and provides me with reassurance. They remain calm with my husband and help reduce the stress. The Office is very quick to help with any problems and sort out any issues.

The service provided is excellent. The carers are cheerful and helpful, time keeping is excellent. I couldn't wish for better care and respect given to my husband. He looks forward to seeing his carers every day. They give help to any problem we have cheerfully. Would recommend this company.

Over the time my partner has had a member of Serendip Home Care attending to her, everyone who came has been excellent, all have been very attentive and dedicated, nothing is too much trouble and they are always very cheerful.

I have been treated with dignity. Polite, friendly but not familiar, efficient, discreet I have had experience with other companies and find Serendip the best. They are very accommodating.

Cannot thank Serendip carers enough for their help during the last 3 years assisting me with my mum throughout the year whilst my brother and family had holidays. Mum always looked forward to seeing them and would always say I want the same carers next time which was lovely to hear. Would certainly not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you so much.

We have been using Serendip Home Care since June 2023 and have been very happy with the service provided. The carers have all related well to my husband and he has been confident in their company, looking forward to their visits. If it has been necessary on my part to change dates or times, the office staff have always been so helpful and supportive. From our experience, l would happily recommend the company.

Very pleased with the service. Mum likes the carers that visit and enjoys the chat and often a laugh. They are always careful and considerate. I am going on holiday and have no qualms about asking them to look after her whilst we are away. The direct debit setup makes it easy to pay the bill and I always get a breakdown of charges. Mum also likes to have the list of carers coming for the week so she knows who is coming.

Helpful and reliable staff who were pleasant and nice to have around. They did the job very efficiently and provided the care needed. They arrived on time and it all worked well. We needed a reliable and helpful service which is what we got.

My mother has been using Serendip Home Care for several years now. They have a very good range of carers who have always shown mum great care. Mum is really fond of her carers and I would recommend using their service for relatives to stay in their own home for as long as possible.

Lovely ladies always go above and beyond for Mum. Always punctual, they are kind and caring as Mum is deaf and partially sighted. Serendip office always available to call and help if they can. I’m happy to leave Mum in their capable hands if I go on holiday, which has been the only agency I felt able to do this with.

Happy experience with Serendip Home Care, would recommend the friendly staff and management approach. Care for my bed-bound mum was approached with dignity and kindness. Helpful suggestions and knowledge on setting up the care was extremely helpful by the management team.

My mother-in-law is so happy with the carer she gets from Serendip. Her carer comes every week and takes her out shopping in the local village. They have become good friends, and my mother-in-law relies on her for a lot. She has forged a professional relationship of reliability, trustworthiness and above and beyond care while keeping my mother-in-laws pride and dignity intact. We, as a family, are very happy with the service and have recently added in a second day of care as her health declines.

Considering the carer does not speak very good English, she is always willing to learn and remembers things she has done before. She is always smiling and happy despite feeling the cold and is always willing to learn new things. She is an asset to your team.

The last 12 months provided Mum with the care to remain independent in her own residence, and before that, helped my frail dad with personal hygiene regime for many months before he eventually had to be admitted nursing home. All up, very supportive and attentive.
