I am really pleased with the 3 main girls who come and look after my mum. They have developed a wonderful rapport with her, which has been fundamental to her success as she has dementia - so its wonderful that she sees the same faces. The carers go above and beyond to ensure she is comfortable and comforted when gets distressed. They have taken care to work with me, to ensure they understand her needs. They go out of their way to make her laugh and they bring great joy to her life.

The two male carers are absolutely excellent. From the first meeting with them we struck very good relations. Very polite and gives me the feeling of confidence in both of them. Could not speak more highly of them. They are an excellent example for your company.

The carers are very nice and patient with my grandma, they are always on time and do everything they can. They learnt how to communicate with her, even though she doesn't understand English. I apricate their help.

The carers have shown understanding, kindness and ultimate respect for our mother. It became necessary to have overnight care and we had absolute confidence that all our mother's needs were being met.

Our main carers are like angels (sometimes they are replaced to provide days off). They completely understand how to manage sometimes complex situations. They are both excellent communicators and respond immediately to suggestions from me. Their timing, hygiene, experience and knowledge is so reassuring for me, and they have engaged easily with my Dad. Thank you.

The carer has attended to the client's needs for over a year. We have been extremely satisfied with the hard work the carer has put in to care for my partner. He is very professional and treats my partner with care and compassion. He is kind and gentle and very respectful of my partner's needs. A bond of friendship has developed and we look forward to his visits each week. Thank you.

Very happy with the service. The carers have been very professional, polite and attentive. They are always on time and would always ask if there was anything that my father (service user) needed help with.

Very professional man and lady. Always arrived on time. Dressed for their profession they represented. Caring for my husband and treated him with kindness and respect. Would recommend them. No job was too much. Would just arrive and get on with the job.

In the short time a particular carer has been caring for my Dad I have found her to be a friendly, empathetic person. She has a very pleasant nature and managed my Dad's needs very well. Should we need to resume care at a later date I would be happy for her to return.

My carer arrived at the expected time both morning and evening. She provided assistance as required and was only too willing to do all that I asked. She accompanied me walking up the road to improve my mobility. After completing tasks she would ask if anything else needed doing. She was a very kind young lady.

The service has been provided to us for ten days now (since 10/10/24). They are always punctual, caring, and polite They perform their duties well and always ask questions about his well-being and how they can help. Overall we are very satisfied.

From our experience, we would recommend RMH. The carers from RMH Care are very kind. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in everything they do. The best descriptive words are their gentleness, friendly nature, and slow and careful handling. Dad is 95 and is 6 ft and 14 stone, so it's not easy. The carers and the manager are very approachable, adaptable, and consistent. They have built up a good friendship with Dad, with conversations that he can respond to. Dad is very happy to see them every time.
