My 84-year-old mother received excellent care from Real Care Solutions during the last week of her life. She went downhill really quickly but from the initial referral meeting to the evening before she died, the professionalism, attitude and care of everyone in the organisation could not have been better, I fully agree with the statement which was offered at our assessment interview that you do get what you pay for and carers should be paid well for the amazing job they do. All the carers who attended to Mum were polite, cheerful and helpful. They consulted with me at every stage and were sensitive to my mum's confusion at the end stages. We had the same carers most of the time. Great service. Thank you so much.

I am so happy with the flexible service provided by Real Care as they adapt to the changing and sadly deteriorating needs of my grandmother. It is so reassuring to know that as I can't be there, she is being well looked after in the comfort of her own home. I have been impressed with Real Care's attention to detail, they now manage her medication and meet all her needs. All the carers are kind, attentive and caring. We have experienced daily visits, increasing now to live in care and I could not be happier with the service provided.

I am extremely pleased with the attentive care that Real Care Solutions provides for my elderly mom. Mum has carers who genuinely care and that makes all the difference. I have been using this agency for over twelve months and it's heartwarming to see that the carers are deeply invested in my mom's well-being. Routine and continuity are crucial for dementia patients and I am selective about who helps me care for Mom and Real Care Solutions provides this.

My brother and I have been using Real Care Solutions for around four months. Very happy all round. Easy to communicate with and seem attentive. They use an app which the family can all access. This app allows us to be kept informed about the visits and what goes on, including details on what she is eating and medication. It is very good. They also send out a weekly rota of who and when the visits are although the times are kept pretty regular. They are also flexible in terms of bank holidays and in our case, Sundays as we often take Mum out. They have three visits on a standard day, morning, lunch and bedtime. They take her out and about as appropriate, collect meds and help with medical appointments, e.g. jabs and so on. Personally, I have been very impressed and satisfied.

I can't recommend these people highly enough. They are carers who actually care. They helped me a lot with my mum and ensured that she received the safe and dignified care that she deserved. The manager and her staff are amazing people who genuinely want the best for their patients. I can't thank them enough.
