Two members of staff in particular have been so kind to our family. We were at the "end of our tether", not knowing how to care best for Mum and they have gone above and beyond what anyone would expect. When I have messaged, not knowing what to do, they have responded quickly to me. We would recommend them to anyone. Our carer is also kind, patient and hardworking at Mum and Dad's home. My mum really likes her being in the house now. They even helped us with Social Services and the Dr, to get what Mum and Dad need. We can't thank them enough for their support and help at a very difficult time. A 5-star agency!

My wife is very poorly, virtually housebound and limited mobility. I am her sole carer and looked around for some additional help. Quality Life was recommended by two family friends who had used their services for ageing relatives. They visited and assessed us, and took us on. They helped us navigate through the labyrinth of Social Services rules and regs as to what assistance they might provide. Communication between us and Quality Life has been first-class. One of their staff now visits 4 mornings/week and it's made a huge positive difference to us both. She is very reliable and pleasant, and we have made friends with her and the other members of staff we have met. I have confidence that when I leave my wife with the carer, she will be well looked after and be safe. We would recommend Quality Life's services wholeheartedly!

Quality Life made caring for my aunt their priority and enabled her to stay in her home. Despite living with Alzheimer's and having very limited vision, I believe she enjoyed her familiar surroundings. Live in care was certainly right for her and so much more personal than moving her to a care home.

Excellent care for Mum. Couldn't have asked for better. All the carers were wonderful, but I must mention one carer in particular who cared for Mum so well during her last months. She now seems like part of the family. Also, the "office" team was always there whenever I needed them.

All of the staff at Quality Life UK have been wonderful and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The carers were lovely and the management team was extremely efficient. I would highly recommend Quality Life UK.

The care given to my mother was excellent. The carers were all lovely - very caring and warm, who related very well to my mum. They were engaging and Mum enjoyed their conversations. The management team were marvellous and very thorough in dealing in respect of my mum's care. I felt very reassured about my mum's care.

Following a recent decline in my mum’s physical well-being, we took the decision, as a family, to enlist a care provider to support her in her daily life. In what was a tough time for us all emotionally, we found Quality Life UK to be a tower of strength, both in terms of their professionalism and understanding of Mum's needs. The standard of care provided is beyond what I could ever have expected, and Mum has very quickly built a heartwarming rapport and trust with the staff assigned to her. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Quality Life UK to anyone finding themselves in a similar position.

Carers are very passionate about their work and show lots of empathy towards our mother. They are experience and confident. They always put our mother's needs first. Communication is very clear with family. Any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently keeping the family informed at all times.

Quality Life UK have provided care for my two elderly friends. The management team take the time to discuss the family's requirements on a regular basis and cater the care specifically for their needs. They are approachable should any issues occur or care needs have to be amended. The care support staff are dedicated and conscientious to the care required. With 24/7 live in support the team have integrated into the family environment really well, blending into the background when required and stepping up when the situation arises, allowing the family to feel comfortable with their constant presence.

Quality Life is a well-run care provider. I am impressed with the standard of staff sent to care for me over the 1 month I have employed them for to care for me after knee replacement. After a fall I have used 3 agencies. Quality Life is the only care provider I have recommended to friends. My thanks and appreciation to all 3 staff who cared for me.

My stepmother was struggling to manage on her own, following the death of my father. On the advice of an old friend in the area. We approached Quality Life UK. Quality Life UK currently provides live-in care. My stepmother is life is vastly improved. The kind, caring and vigilant approach of her carers makes her feel secure, happy and far less anxious. Quality Life UK not only provides superb care. They also engage workmen to carry out any necessary house repairs. I recommend Quality Life UK warmly and without reservation.

What I like about the company is that you have like an interview with a new person. This gives both sides a chance to find out if the other person is acceptable, not just sending a person in to do the care. I had several carers coming to me temporarily in the beginning and all of them ask after me now which shows the type of people they employ. It's like having an extended family.

Quality Life UK has been caring for my husband, who has multiple health issues, since June 2021. Our team of carers has been with us since then, apart from one lovely lady who retired, and I could not cope without these kind, compassionate and caring ladies. Our care manager is hands-on and thinks nothing of phoning NHS departments to speed up appointments, with remarkable results. I feel I can contact her with any issues, and she will immediately respond. I have been able to take a break, or even a holiday with family and know my husband will be cared for around the clock by experienced, caring people. The owner of the company has always been approachable, keeps in contact and visits us personally a few times a year. The company is a credit to her ability to employ excellent carers and to ensure they all keep on top of the various courses they need to comply with regulations. I can highly recommend Quality Life UK to any family in need of care.
