View Full Details of Call-In Homecare - LothiansContinue to be very satisfied with carers. All extremely friendly, caring and attentive.
I have got nothing but praise for the care and attention that my husband had during his long and complicated illness by his two carers. I would like to thank them both most sincerely for their invaluable help and would have no problem in recommending them highly in any similar circumstances.
Mum and I are delighted with the care provided by Call-In Homecare Ltd. The carer's empathy and genuine kindness are often beyond what I would have expected. I know that mum is in really good hands. There is excellent care and also really good communication from the carers. Thank you.
Girls are pleasant and easy to befriend. Worried about their lack of training which is not their fault. Free epilepsy training was available. I wonder if this is due to lack of staff which again is not their fault. I seem to have been contacted with time changes which are unsuitable - continuity can be very important to certain users. I am not as ill as some people but do find this worrying. Overall your girls are hardworking and friendly, but a touch of phone addiction and not professional.
This caring was all new to us. We did not know quite what to expect. The carers who deal with us - 4 ladies - are a breath of fresh air. They are very caring and understand the problem my husband has with Parkinson's. We look forward to them coming every day. It is good that we more or less have the same carers - continuity for us. If they are all like the girls, your firm has nothing to worry about. At this time you are spot on with your carer selection.
Great service. Caring staff. Spend time with my Mum. Very happy.
I've been having carers since November 2018. They come to me three times a day. Having been a very active person to suddenly be housebound having broken my hip and smashed my elbow and arm which meant I couldn't drive, I found very difficult to accept. Then in came the carers with their encouragement and understanding, I'm getting all back. They are always cheery and helpful and we have some good laughs. These are the people who need a medal.
