Guardian Angels Spelthorne are the best care providers we have ever had. Due to my son's complex needs, we had to be sure the care was the highest level. For over a year, their service has provided him with professionalism kindness patience and humility. Every caregiver without exception is excellent. We recently had an emergency with a feeding tube and I went into panic mode over the carers remained calm reassuring and professional. I have had other agencies over a number of years that ranged from just about acceptable to Ok. Guardian Angels are in a league of their own where caregiving is concerned. From the extremely helpful office team to the carers providing the care I would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the service and support from Guardian Angels. Mum had a fall and needed care put in place to enable her to return home. Guardian Angels team were great and found a way to help at very short notice. Mum was quite wary about having 'new' people in the house, however, the friendliness, professionalism and adaptable approach of the carers to meet Mum's needs quickly allayed any worries she had. Mum now looks forward to their visits and speaks very highly about the carers who look after her. We are grateful that we found the Guardian Angels team and would highly recommend them.

The Guardian Angel team have been a great support and help for Mum and Dad over the last year. Our lovely ladies who visit are always kind, friendly and reassuring, treating our parents in a positive and respectful manner. They arrive happy and engage our parents in jolly and current conversations. They understand both of our parent's needs and cater to this effect, whilst respecting our parent's house routine. Mum and Dad look forward to their visits and we are so happy this has been a positive experience for them. The office staff are always happy to talk and ensure the care is what we need and quick to help if more/less care is required, making changes quickly and positively. Our family are very grateful for all the help we receive from the whole team.

Pleased with the overall service and easy to contact when needed. All staff are very friendly and the carers are so helpful. Good time keeping, reliable and the rota is provided clearly giving you plenty of time with any changes for coming weeks.

Guardian Angels has provided care for my father over the last eighteen months. They have been at all times both professional and caring. My father has become increasingly disabled over this time. At each stage, Guardian Angel has provided the extra care he needs. Simply the best care agency in Surrey.

Our parents have been using Guardian Angels for the past few months and they have found the service absolutely excellent. My sister has always found their management very responsive and helpful. We are very impressed with their swift responses to urgent requests. And they're lovely.

Generally good, sometimes there are changes in my mum's hours. I have noticed that no one has ever notified or communicated with me that there are changes to the times of carers going in. When looking at Mum's notes some of the care has not been achieved as my mum has Alzheimer's disease and is now refusing care, I feel and wonder whether the care team are properly trained in knowing how to deal with someone with Alzheimer's Disease.

All carers arrived on time and carried out any duties required in a friendly and sympathetic manner. I had to up the care whilst I was away on holiday and the office staff were caring and extremely efficient.

The care providers have transformed my well-being by taking on the arduous daily tasks, and my daughter loves the attention. The staff are excellent time keepers, cheerful and clearly love their job. The company provides effective record keeping, and the care schedule for the following week is sent promptly and is easy to read.

Right from the outset when Mum first realised she needed some extra help the whole team from Guardian Angels were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The ladies who came in were always punctual, kind and very conscientious. The office team were incredible especially when sorting out extra care when Mum came out of hospital and needed just 'that bit extra'. Nothing is too much trouble for any member of the team. Mum and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for first-class care.

All the carers that visited Dad were always kind and friendly. They all took time to talk with Dad and added notes on the portal to keep us updated after each call. Sadly Dad passed away so we only had the careers for 8 weeks but they were always caring and did whatever was required of them on each visit. On the day Dad passed away, they spent time with us at such a difficult time. It always felt that nothing was too much. Thank you for all you did for Dad.

Guardian Angel Care supported my mother over the last 12 months. The entire team at Guardian Angel Care (from my initial contact, the office team and the carers) were exceptional. My mum was initially reticent to have "care" but really came to see the value it brought her, and us (her family) in allowing her to remain in her own home, with her beloved dog. This was my mum's biggest wish. It also allowed her family to spend quality time with her (not running around doing jobs)! She came to really value the care, attention and social interaction with the carers. She had her regular favourites, of course, but they were all outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Guardian Angel Care to anyone thinking of using their services.

Since my first phone call enquiring about starting care for my mum, Guardian Angels have always been flexible, professional, happy to help and above all caring both to my mum and myself. I have already recommended them to someone else. They have helped ease the load for me as they take Mum to hospital appointments for me too. They are worth the money for peace of mind.

All the carers were very pleasant and very helpful. They got me through the first month of my recovery from my accident with kindness and cheerfulness. It was most helpful to have a schedule of visits, and everyone came on time. Should I need help again I would not hesitate to contact Guardian Angels.

We moved care for my parents to Guardian Angels from another company. There was a huge difference in the quality of staff, their training and sensitivity to my parents needs. As things have moved on we have gone from day time visits to live in care. We are very happy with our GA carer, they allow my parents independence but keep them safe and happy. The team in the office are always on call if I need to discuss anything with them. I would thoroughly recommend them.

My mother's health deteriorated after a chest infection in March and she was spending most of the day on or in her bed. I was visiting 3 times a day. Guardian Angels stepped in at short notice to provide the care needed. Her schedule has settled down and she generally has the same members of the team at roughly the same time each day, providing continuity. Being able to see their notes after every visit means I can keep an eye on things.

My real concerns are twofold, to be honest:- 1- several times in weeks gone by, my father has recently had many different carers and this week for instance on the schedule there are 5 different named carers. 2- we originally asked for a slot 09:00 -09:45 but the carers are turning up much much later at the weekends, usually it is gone 10:15 before anyone shows up and on the schedule this week on Sunday it is showing as an 11:00 start and there is one start at 08:30 which is if no use to Dad at all. I have emailed complaining but as yet not had a response/reply.

Excellent care for my aunt. Great value, top service and the communication has always been excellent. A full review of each session is always provided and I can immediately see who's there and when. Reliable and trustworthy.

We are very happy with the care provided to my mother. All our carers are friendly, attentive, and very chatty, which is a tonic for somebody who doesn't leave the house! I would recommend Guardian Angels.

As I have just started using your service, I feel it is too soon to comment. A little more time would be better, once I have become adjusted to the service and any changes I may make. Initially, I am most impressed at how friendly and charming your staff are.
