1. They support my dad with care, respect and patience. 2. They keep me informed with any issues or concerns. 3. They complete tasks required and offer suggestions/improvements. 4. All carers allow dad to feel safe and comfortable at home. 5. The app is helpful for establishing the current status. 6. Management are helpful and approachable. 7. They respond to phone calls quickly and efficiently - in and out of hours.

I used All 4 U Care for my elderly mum as she began to get very frail and forgetful. From my initial telephone call, I was very impressed with their service. They were very kind and caring. The team were very well trained and adapted as Mum's needs changed over time. Mum felt very comfortable with her carers, mainly having the same carer on each visit, who went above and beyond what you would expect. Mum was always treated with kindness and shown dignity and respect. Communication with all team members was excellent.

All 4 U Care were amazing with my Dad, he was adamant he was not going into a care home even when he became increasingly more frail and unable to look after himself properly! This made life increasingly difficult for me as an only child. All 4 U Care went into Dad four times a day, he got to love the girls and they loved him. This gave me more confidence that we could look after Dad at home, which we did! Nothing was too much trouble. Even in Dad's last few hours, they were with me, supporting me mentally and emotionally! I am not sure I could have got through those last days without them.

Our mum started using the service in August 2023 and has used their services up until recently. Initially, it was for some assistance for day-to-day care such as helping with lunch and getting ready for bed. In June last year, our mum needed 4 times a day visits due to illness and the staff were as professional, caring and compassionate as ever. They were always in contact with me with any concerns and anything I wanted them to keep an eye on they did. This was made easier by the expert help of the services management team. The carers always turned up in good spirits and cheered my mum up. The management was always available to assist if I needed to ask advice or arrange any extra care. This was made easy with a phone app where I could see who was due to come and when. Also, my mum's care notes were available on the app too. The whole team were quite flexible and accommodating and my mum's care was very person-centred. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely excellent service and the care is amazing and always excellent contact with carers and the office. I know that my dad is having excellent care. I have no concerns but can only praise their service.

Very happy with the service that you provide for my mum. Very polite and helpful careers. Excellent service you give. You are all very smartly presented and sit down with Mum and have a chat with her which my mum really enjoys.

I've always found all of the care team of a high standard but recently they went above and beyond what was expected. Just after Christmas my father had a problem with his catheter and we needed help, it took one phone call to the team and they advised us and helped. When the district nurse turned up Two wonderful team members turned up and waited to hoist my father (the client) and help the Nurse with what she needed. They were kind, reassuring, respectful and so helpful to us as a family but most of all to my father (the client). The whole team make you feel your not doing this on your own caring for a family member is hard and can feel very overwhelming at times but the All For U care team are always there to help, even if it's just to listen to the caregiver.

I met one member of staff in particular in store at the office during a time of crisis and she immediately put me at ease, she came and met my gran and handled her very well, answering all of her questions and supporting us through a significant change in circumstances. Another particular member of staff has been caring for Granny (the client) and has done such an amazing job so far. She brings such positive energy into our home as well as her professional caring skills.

Mum was a client since 2020. Her needs were always prioritised and she was treated with respect and dignity. As Mum's care needs escalated, the contact with us as a family was excellent and the carers and management were proactive and attentive. We could not have asked for Mum to be treated with more kindness or care.

My mum was cared for by All 4 U Care during Covid and up until June 2023. The staff treated her with compassion and kindness and nothing was too much trouble for them. They also treated our family with kindness during a particularly difficult time. Any problems that we encountered were dealt with promptly. Nice staff with lovely hearts.

The care received by my husband was given with respect and dignity for his needs. He enjoyed going out for the afternoon and being driven by the member of staff as she reported back to me. I have also seen the care you have given to patients I have been visiting as part of my work in the community and it’s always with respect and dignity.

All 4 U Care are always contactable. Always call you back and respond to the needs required. The careers are all compassionate and do seem to be genuine with the care that they give. The management is also very helpful and does not pass the buck.

If you need kind, caring and compassionate carers, this is the company to use. Every single carer is just amazing. They looked after Dad until the end. As a nurse myself, I was concerned about having carers, as I knew not every care agency is the same. I had no reason to worry. From the initial review to the end, communication was brilliant, any concerns were discussed with me and solutions were found. Dad loved the carers and they also supported Mum as Dad's main carer. I never had to worry as I knew the carers were professional and knew when to get help and call me. Nothing was too much trouble. The care given was truly of the highest standard imaginable.

All 4 U Care was by far the best company we used for my Dad's care. The visiting carers supplemented live-in care, as Dad was bed-bound. From the initial meeting in February 2022, I could see that we would be 'friends', nothing was ever too much trouble and the carers genuinely liked and respected Dad, who was 101 when he passed away. This local company is well-managed and promptness and attention to detail was part of their routine. I would recommend their services unreservedly, we paid for Dad's care and they provided good value for our money.

I was so happy with the care Mum received from this care company. They were always ready at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had. They looked after Mum with kindness, friendliness, and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble for them. This removed a lot of stress for myself and my brothers.

The care provided to my mum was wonderful. She was treated with great affection and the utmost respect for her dignity. I felt supported too. The carers were perceptive of Mum's needs and kept me informed. When I was with her and the carers came I could see the affection she had for them. It gave me great confidence to know they would be coming daily. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Stepped in when another care company let us down badly. My mother-in-law left hospital to stay with us in poor condition needing regular care. I cannot praise the care she received highly enough until her passing this week. Other family members are trying to get their services, it is hard as they are so busy, but worth it if you can get hold of this A-team. Bad film references aside, I am amazed at how cheerful and truly caring each and every one that came to look after her was, including the bosses of the company that came out to her even working on her weekend off. I wish I could name these dedicated individuals but that is not allowed here. Having said that they all muck in and it's a team effort with a few stars but they all shine brightly. We could not have got through the last few weeks without them.

A very caring group of people, who always wanted the best for my Mother. They were always approachable with any concerns and would be in contact with all of the support needed moving on. One of the Management team would often contact regards any issues and was so supportive throughout - I would thoroughly recommend.
