View Full Details of Delta Care Ltd - TraffordExcellent service. Carer just gets on with it very professional. Other carers are always efficient patient. Good response when ringing to cancel etc. Excellent! Very happy with the service and will keep using it. Carers are not fazed by anything.
I have been with Delta Care since the end of last year and I have had loads of problems with them and I wouldn't recommend them. None of the office staff seems to know what they are talking about other than what time the carers are supposed to visit during the first 3 weeks you are with them and after that, they could turn up at any time to your house even after agreeing a time for them to come. Also when the carers are going to be late they never inform you of it and you have to keep ringing them up to ask where they are. Plus they like to lie as well. You never know when the carers are going to turn up and also you don't know who is coming until they arrive. Only some of the carers that I have had do the job properly and the rest do the bare minimum and are only doing the job because they are getting paid to do it. Not worth the money you pay for them and wish the council would change to a different company but can't afford to pay the full price of somebody else, avoid if possible.
I have found the carers to be very helpful and understanding. It is good to have different carers (had the same person every day). I look forward to chatting with them and they are always very understanding.
I am very satisfied with the service you provide, your staff are very polite and friendly. I look forward to their visits.
The service that you provide is second to none. The team that cares for Dad are very supportive and attentive in providing all Dad's care needs. They are very quick to respond to a difference in Dad's care needs. Reporting any issues to the family along the way. The team are led by a team who all care about Dad and are fully committed to their Clients and providing care in the community.
Difficult to get my wife to accept more than minimal support. Keeping up picking up tablets from pharmacists tricky. Any change to routine disturbing, one example is the evening visit - can sometimes be late and this makes my wife extremely agitated waiting.
I have been looked after by 3 care teams and I have been with Delta Care for 2.5 years and these are the best.
Amazing staff and care provided for my Mum who suffered with dementia and throat cancer. The office staff were just as amazing as the caregivers, any issue that was raised was dealt with effectively and efficiently and also provided guidance and support for the family.
If you are smart don't go with this company do your homework. Shocking on every level. Will be sending an e-mail to our local MP. Social Services got this company for us. It says room for improvement from the inspectors. What a joke, should be removed from the Social Service list. Would never let them back in our home.
On a camera, I watched a carer put my dad to bed on the evening call and I’d like to say how lovely, kind and extra patient he was. I was very impressed with how he handled my dad. My dad has mental and physical deficits following several major strokes and can be very difficult to handle. His carer was exceptional. Many thanks to him for his excellent care. 5 stars to him!
Delta Care have to be the best home care I have ever had. All carers are caring and considerate of the client. Some always go above and beyond, and never leave until they know I am OK. Absolutely excellent.
On the whole very good. Some issues are not addressed by all members of staff even when reminders are left. The staff are lovely with my mum and she is very happy with the care provided and looks forward to their visits. They are all very kind and some go above and beyond their jobs.
Caring, professional people. If my usual carer is running late I get a phone call to explain why and who is being sent instead. My usual carer does not drive but battles through freezing rain and snow to look after me. I look forward to seeing the carers each day. They are masked, have neat clean uniforms and wear plastic aprons when with me. Excellent service - much appreciated.
